“Site, app, experience all good. Delivery lets things down, yes I opted for standard delivery but from Sunday to Saturday and still no delivery? Lots of other retailers standard delivery doesn't take so long which I feel let's the service down considerably.”

“Website easy to use. Delivery was good, kept up to date via email regarding delivery date. Disappointed to pay £56 after discount for 2 x 3 pairs of ck underwear to receive the items in a box with the price still attached. 2 FOR £50. Otherwise good to shop with.”

“I'm voting 3 stars mainly because of the postage costs. £4.99 to be delivered to your Sports Direct store is quite extortionate considering it was just 2 t-shirts. You offer a £5 voucher for collection as payback for the delivery cost but the voucher expires on the day of purchase. I felt I had to sift through cheap items of no interest to me just to get something of value using the voucher and was rushed due to the store closing. If you charged £1 or £2 for collection without the voucher I'd be more inclined to buy from your store. Instead I look elsewhere to buy the same items who offer free delivery.”

“Supposed to deliver Monday, actually tried to deliver the Friday before and I wasn't in. Opened the package and the jeans had been screwed up into a ball and shoved in the bag. Creased to bits is an understatement. To top it all off they were reduced 20 percent in the Black Friday sale just days later.”
