“I ordered two items as last minute presents to add to my son's gifts. The item came next day as promised and the courier and USC kept me updated on progress through the tracking. I was so glad when the items arrived but when I opened one of them I saw that it had a price tag on it for £3 less than I paid for it online which kinda left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. Oh well, never mind I wasn't going to say anything but I was sent an email asking for this review. I will probably buy here again though.”

“everything was perfect got four pair of jeans 3 were okay but one levis and rust Stain which will be hard to removed, first time happened since 2011 i can't really bothered send it back have to pay for postage etc so i kept it this time but wasn't happy to be honest i recommend this website to my friends i read reviews happened to others too same issue!”

“Was kept informed on the progress of my order. However when I went to collect in store and queued in the long queue on Xmas eve which was ok because not unexpected - however to eventually get to the tills and be told my order was to collect at Sports Direct in another part of the shopping centre was. At least put a notice up to let people collecting orders know!! Not happy”

“Although the tracksuit was good and Hermes delivered it, my package was thrown over my back gate into our back garden in the pouring rain whilst I was out. VERY angry to say the least”
