“The choice and ease of the website. However it was supposed to arrive last week and has been held by hermes so still haven't received the goods!!”

“When I got my white levi's t-shirt, there were make-up marks by the neck. This was obviously from someone trying the t-shirt on. Not impressed seeing at it was supposedly a new item.”

“I suppose the thing that made me happy was the price. The delivery and service was good. It was the packaging that was poor. The item looked like a return, it was created and the seal on the bag was broken.”

“Wasnt pleased when I placed the order, a jacket I really wanted was cancelled from my order 3-4 days after putting the order in. The jacket was available when placing the order, so what on earth happened?? It left me quite furious as that was the main item I wanted. Still abit annoyed by this now tbh.”

“I ordered 3 items. Two of the products I was not happy with. So I returned them, by paying for the delivery myself at the post office. Normally your returns would be free, with most other retailers. I would not recommend ordering from usc website, incase your not happy with the product.”

“Some items were good and most goods were of exceptional value for money. Returns process is long and a small order means £10 in postsge coming in and out”
