“prompt delivery - easy collection”

“great delivery and service pity you left the store security tag on one of the products now have to go 8 miles to the nearest Sports Direct to get the tag off a good service spoiled by poor pre delivery checks”

“Delivery fab. Jeans were great but arrived with the security tag still attached which meant a trip to our nearest store to have it removed. The reason for shopping online was to save a trip so quite disappointed.”

“Just what I ordered and arrived in good time. However, considering I collected the item myself from a local store, I don't think I should have had to pay the delivery charge, which incedentally was priced far too high compared with other stores.”

“Product was good & well priced. However there were issues with the delivery - I got a text & email saying that the package had been delivered & signed for on a Sunday evening, but I had not received my parcel and I had been in all day. I chased it up with the courier company the next morning but they unhelpfully said I had to go back to the vendor. Before I had a chance I spotted my parcel sitting in a puddle in the back garden - someone (courier? Neighbour? I don't know), had lobbed it over my fence! Luckily it wasn't breakable, but they didn't know that!”

“I ordered 2 pairs of cargo shorts, 32" & 34". The 34" were a perfect fit and came clean and wrapped properly. The 32" came partially wrapped in a bag that clearlr wasn't intended for shorts, it was not sealed and the shorts were covered in dust and fluff as if they had been laying on the warehouse floor for a while. These have been returned.”

“Im £11 down for returning an item . It was supposed to be a winter jacket but I wouldn't class it as a winter jacket. It will probably put me off ordering again because if it isn't suitable it'll cost me £11”

“Don't think it was any fault of USC but my Xxl t-shirts barely fit my size 10 5"2 girlfriend, definitely not Xxl, gave them to my mate. Adidas samba's are sound.”

“Delivery into store was on time and £5 credit was a bonus. Was not impressed however that one of my items was not in stock (only got informed after I had placed the order) so I was not able to change my order! Delivery price is high so I wanted to order more than one thing at once but I was unable to do this.”
