“Product was as described only problem was that it took 5 days to deliver to the door.ordered Sunday night nevery recivied item till Friday afternoon.”

“I received the products I ordered but unfortunately the packaging on one of the products was damaged which was very disappointing as it is for a birthday gift. I was not able to have the product delivered to store for collection which would have been more convenient.”

“Hermes delivery is much better than UPS. Received an email informing me of the delivery date and the time. The service could be improved if the delivery to store was free and not a £5.00 in store voucher and if returns were free too.”

“Provide good options for clothing, however there should be a free delivery service as £5 is rather expensive when it takes the same time as a item I purchased from asos which came with free delivery.”

“The range of shoe sizes held at both Weymouth branches is very poor. I have had to buy 3 pairs for myself online as a result. Today I have wasted about 2hrs going between stores with my daughter in the rain trying to find 4 pairs of shoes and boots in her size for her birthday! This was supposed to be a pleasure but turned into a nightmare! I am not impressed.”

“The one criticism I have is the returns process. Unlike Asos and Superdry you can use the collect + service which is very convenient, with USC one has to use the post office or courier . +”

“The skirt I bought was lovely its a pity I had to send it back as it didn't fit my daughter . My only one point I would like to make is it doesn't have a returns form in the parcel and you have to print one off which isn't handy if you don't use or have a printer”
