“I ordered some trainers for my partners birthday got them home yesterday good job I checked them before wrapping them up they have black marks all down one side of them so now have to return them.”

“They sent the shoes on time but had put non matching shoes in the box. The shoes were then out of stock so it was all a waste of time. Customer services were very good and refunded my original postage plus enabled me to send the shoes back free of charge but overall, we won't be shopping with USC again.”

“Delivery time and items delivered was as good as expected! Would of given five stars but glad I didn't order any expensive items as sent in flimsy half ripped bags and dusty marks. Pity sizing on the site doesn't offer opinions regarding individual items as the large hoody was more like a small girls! Oh and I haven't mentioned the slight hole in one of the tops! No option to take items back to store sucks and I didn't have time to post back. Great site if your in a rush for a handful of cheep items but I'd save your money and hit the high street if your after a decent outfit.”

“Reasonable price for the product, though postage is not that reasonable.Takes them a while to find the ordered product in the warehouse. Packaging was poor, 2 perfume boxes just put in the plastic bag, so arrived squashed”

“I would have given a 5 but my delivery was a day late. I paid for next day but didnt recieve until 2 days later, it stated no one was in but i was in all day as i got other parcels that day from suppliers.......”

“Very happy with the product & excellent price. Everything just as expected Only downside is that delivery took a while & I also begrudge paying £5 delivery to pick up from store. Most companies do instore delivery for free”

“From purchase online to delivery to store took over 8 days so I thought that was a bit long, also I will need to return an item for a bigger size and it would be a lot easier if I could return this to the store it was delivered to.”

“Quality of Jeans and Shirt great. Delivery great. Tried on jeans only to discover security tag was still on them phoned Customer Services and they asked if I could take back to nearest shop 20 mile round trip. Only to discover the Shirt also had security tag which I then had too take back also. So experience of shopping with USC not great.”
