“The site is offering good products on good prices, BUT I am very disapointed by the offered International delivery and not every item available for international delivery. There is no clear statement about which item is available for International, so The client finds out some items are cancelled for delivery AFTER payment. Quick example: From my $100 order with $10 International Delivery - most of the items were cancelled and I had to pay the delivery of $10 for $13 order. I asked in few emails my entire order to be cancelled- sadly get the reply from Customer service AFTER the items were send, just to inform me how much they sorry they are not able to cancell the order. Cancel Order Button is something site should add.”

“Not very happy the trainers I bought online were too tight so they needed to be returned so we took them to the Perth store so my husband could try another pair checked out the website for opening hours etc drove up to Perth on Thursday only to find the store closed the day before we then drove to Dundee where he managed to get some pair of K-Swiss trainers from your store I'm afraid what a carryon I won't be buying online from yourselves again and certainly not with the delivery charges”

“Good prices, and I found an item I'd been searching for elsewhere to no avail. Compared to others delivery is slow, and the tracking is useless as it updates hours afterwards. I missed a delivery because of this”

“I was very happy that my order arrived so quickly and the updates were great. However I was disappointed that one of my items was out of stock but had allowed me to originally order and pay for it, i wasn't given an option to choose a similar item or change the colour and now will have to pay for delivery again for one item. I do think the delivery for click and collect should be free like other retailers.”
