“It would have been 5 out of 5 if it wasn't for the high delivery and return charges, compared to most most other companies. I personally wouldn't have brought items with those kind of charges when spending the amount that I did but I was buying on my son's behalf and he wanted the jackets and was willing to pay.”

“I'm not setisfied with the delivery process, I had to pay another extra £50 to DHL for them to deliver to me yet I already paid to you the deliver money. I'm really not happy. On my next Oder please kindly deliver straight to me or get a cheapest courier company for that..”
