“Great price and prompt delivery but the item (pair of boys Lacoste trainers) arrived with a very noticeable blue stain/scratch on one of the shoes. Far from ideal but not worth the return cost or hassle so we've kept them.”

“I always like the quality of the items however I think the click and collect in store service is poor and takes much longer to get that I think is acceptable as if you pay for the delivery its 2/3 days where you still pay the same £4.99 delivery charge to get the £5 voucher but wait 7-10 day. Second time i've used this wont do it again too long.”
