“I think usc should refund you if you have purchased if there online store seen as you can't try on what your buying therefore may not like it upfront”

“It is a good site. You will find various styles and brands for cheap. Nevertheless check the size table to be sure it matches because I ordered swimsuits and it fited to big than the french size. Anyway the shipping was quick. I'm satisfied.”

“I was very pleased with 2 out of 3 of my items but 1 was incorrect, have now returned item and awaiting reply. It has only been a couple of days so not worried yet.if all.items came correct I would of scored 5 star”

“The clothes are good quality and very well priced. However there is a clear attempt to remove any means of contacting customer service except through either an expensive telephone number or a slow email service. To try and cancel and order for instance is impossible even if attempted within the first 30 minutes of placing an order. I probably will not be using again and will most probably not recommend USC to friends or family.”

“Bought items for my partner. Sizes were really small which is fair enough but had to pay to get them delivered, then pay to send them back. I'm not likely to order online again for this reason.”

“Hi, Very good product selection, but there is a clear problem with sizes. Especially in the DKNY range. Polos and t shirts are much bigger than anticipated, belts much smaller... Jackets and shirts are true to size. This is especially annoying as the customer both have to pay postage for receiving the wrong sizes, but also pay for returning the items that don't fit. Customer Service agreed to refund the cost of my last returned items, but I don't believe this amount has been reimbursed. It would be great if the size matter could be corrected, and that you introduce a business model with free postage and returns (if purchase over a certain amount). This is what your competitors do. “Liked the boot and price , shame about the finish. Double zip press studs do not lock in therefore zips move down. Decided not to return as would have been more expensive than going to Sports Direct for the same.”

“The goods were delivered fairly quickly. The goods were ok quality. One pair of ck briefs the writing looked somewhat smudged which made me question the quality control measures in place. Not worth returning as you've to pay again. The delivery cost does not warrant the packaging etc. I think you should offer free delivery at least to your local store.”

“It's hasn't as I still haven't had my items. Questioned it with customer services and they say it's been signed for. Not by me as I was in London and can prove it.”
