“I liked all but one of my items. So unclear how to make a return though. No paperwork inside parcel, no way of contacting online. Really annoying”

“Click and collect good , sent for two pairs converse, kept one pair . BUT unlike other sites you have to pay for returns . So that's not so good .”

“I am not pleased that I had to bring back some items via the post office than returning them in the store I collected. And the delivery in two ways had to be payed by me and all that for an order over 100 pounds. That is not ok!”

“Well my order didn't come twice they couldn't find my address the first time and the second time they didn't even attempt delivery so I asked for the money back that I payed for delivery which they were happy to do, then when my stuff actually got here it turns out what I ordered as joggers were actually pyjama bottoms 😂 They don't make this clear on the website that they're pyjamas as they're under the joggers section but apart from that they're ok”

“the items I ordered were delivered later than I expected - I wanted the shoes for a hen night on Saturday 6th May - unfortunately my parcel arrived the morning of Sunday 7th May. :( The shoes are absolutely beautiful though. the fit is comfortable and the cushioned sole is really nice too.”

“I very much like USC clothing but continue to be bugged by your delivery/return charges! I ordered nearly £90's worth of good and still had to pay a hefty charge of £6.99 for next day delivery. Upon arrival, two of the shirts didn't fit (i did check this prior to ordering but you don't have DKNY measurements listed on your website). The shirts were returned at a further cost of £2.90 with an additional £4.99 then paid on top of that for the correct sizes to be sent in exchange. I have paid nearly £15 in postage charges alone which is disgusting considering the value of my order. Then again this is a Mike Ashley business and maybe i continue to be one of the millions of fools that are happy to keep filling his wallets. I'm sure this won't be taken on board as this is no doubt a common complaint and also a huge source of revenue for USC.”

“Firstly, I was disappointed to have to pay so excessively for delivery (£4.99) then when I had to return my unwanted item, this too was a cost to myself. Secondly once you've placed the order there is no option to add any items to that order to save you money on your delivery cost, therefore having to pay twice!”

“Good prices on the products i ordered. But received a bikini top that had blatently been worn, washed and sent back! How was this not noticed by whoever sent it out? No point paying to return when it was a reduced item anyway. Bit disappointed.”

“Ordering process was fine just thort I shouldnt have to pay delivery to collect in store but I did then I had to pick it up from a sports direct store and not a usc store”
