“Can't fault the pricing from USC and the products came in good condition as described but using the click and collect service at the main shirebook store was not very pleasant, staff seem untrained and disinterested”

“Website is slick, with good filters to navigate and search for items. Courier service works well and items were delivered on time. One pair of trainers were soiled - not quality checked before sending out. You cant speak to a person on the phone when you have a problem - you need to fill in a form or email - this is a little poor.”

“I ordered a pair of Vans trainers as part of my brothers birthday present, they were really cheap and he loved the brand so this was great! However the box that they came in is all torn and looked like it's been bashed about, i understand that this was a reduced price item, but am not looking forward to handing these to my brother in this box, it makes it look like I got them from a car boot sale, really disappointed. However the shoes are great.”

“All items arrived on time. Although I ordered 2 xs caps and 1 s cap. When they arrived they were all the same size s. They sizes on the website did not corrisponed to the new era sizes which is very misleading. Nice items but not really the right sizes.”
