“Ordered navy blue jacket but royal blue came instead, could not be bothered going through returns process though. Paperwork clearly states navy, but jacket labels rainforest blue.so the picker must have been colour blind.”

“Normally spot on with all my orders however this time, sent me out an item I did not order/did not match your description. The colour was the same and get similar but a different item. Now I need to return this on my postage cost which was your mistake to begin with. Questions me on future orders 4.99 postage lost for something that was not my mistake. Thanks”

“Clothes all really good quality. One problem being that one of my items had a security tag on it meaning I either have to send it back or travel to a store to have it taken off”

“Happy with delivery, personally a tad disappointed with the product. Item hard to find. Trainers arrived in good time, one has clearly been tried on many times, it's stretched, the finish on the shoes is different, one is rough, the other slightly shiny, and the stretched one is marked with what appears to be rust , my guess is it's been on display. However hubby was desperate for these to replace his last pair and said he wanted to keep. I think he's mad!”

“Good product, decent delivery time Unhappy about having to return recorded delivery with the post office when it was delivered by courier and initial delivery was comparatively expensive compared with competitors. Having to wait up to 14 days for a refund is also unsatisfactory. Will continue to shop in store but will never order online again.”

“Nothing wrong with USCs service, but the chosen courier (Hermes) where appallingly bad. Issues with finding my home address but failed to contact me to inform me. As a result, the items I ordered AND PAID EXTRA for next day carriage took 8 days to get to me.”

“Not happy with the returns policy on internet purchased items from USC website. I brought several pairs of trainers of different colours and sizes as these particular trainers were not in the shops to try. I purchased a few pairs and sent the rest back to USC by post, but to send the remainder of the purchased items back by post was expensive. I asked if I could return items to the shop instead and was told I could, but on returning items to the USC shop, I was given a credit note instead of cash, even though I had my receipt and did not hang on to them. This has made me think twice before purchasing any items from USC in the future.”

“Has some good brands and discounts to offer. But I would like that shipping in EU is free of charge, as with some other selling web pages similar to USC, so the purchasing/shipping and returns would be easier.”

“I ordered a pair of Henry Loyd boots. Size 8. They came and were way too big. I returned them and ordered a 7. Again, massive. There is no way I am a size 6! So I ended up paying for returns on 2 very poorly marketed products! Unhappy.”
