“Ordered a black sweatshirt and received a grey one was not happy about it but it looked better in grey so I kept it plus medium was quiet big I normally can fit into medium”

“I found the service quick and easy to use but unfortunately when ordering online you can't try your clothes on and so a pair of shorts i ordered had to be sent back and i was amazed that i had to pay to send them back. other outlets let you return items free of charge which is only fair i believe. on top of that the delivery charges seemed excessive. good service but costly delivery and returns which cost 50% of the price of the item, i would try other outlets in future before considering USC I'm afraid”

“Great products at great prices, not too happy to pay for p&p from a relatively large retailer though. I won't be shopping with you again until you change policy and offer free p&p on orders over £50.00.”

“Usc very good but unfortunately my hermes is used and they are that bad i will not be returning unless courier service changes if this does happen i would be happy to shop and even recommend usc until then i will avoid and also advise anyone to also avoid as huge amount of issues with my hermes just look at trustreview website.”

“I bought two t-shirts this time to find one of them looked like it had been screwed up and thrown in a bag three times the size and not in its original packaging . Unlike anything I've bought from USC before , usually they're on point .”

“The order was delivered quickly but the staff memeber who served me, her attitude was revolting for no reason whats so ever... I came in, went to the desk, she didnt even look the road I was on and said 'whats your last name' without even looking at me she just walked from behind and right round behind me and straight into the store room. Now as my last name is Smith there would have been a few Smith's but she didnt bother to ask for my first name and she came out with someone's parcel called 'Elizabeth Smith' so when she asked me if this was mine and I said no she did the biggest sigh ever and went back into the store room to get mine. She didnt ask for ID or anything she just gave me it. Very poor customer service.”

“It's good stuff in there brilliant close the only problem is when you buy online you only have to return online to get the money back otherwise you could not do it in store that's the only problem that I will have them, I know is there a procedure”
