“1. Slow deliveries. 2. Not flexible. I couldn't change an order when the mistake was noticed in the order. Customer service couldn't help.”

“Bought replay jeans in the sale through the website. Jeans were spot on however still had the security tag on them. Would have rated 1 star as had to visit shop to get tag off but staff in the shop were great and seen to it quickly”

“You stock good products at a good price. But I felt the internet options were very poor and have decided against purchasing another couple of items. Delivery prices are quite high and the click and collect was slow and expensive. Click and collect should be free and next day.”

“Good brands often at good prices - however - sizes and fits are extremely random and it takes a while to find any brands that are consistent. USC provides little useful information re sizing and could improve this a lot with more info on each individual item - e.g. Length of shirt - or - use a digital fitting software (see Pretty Green website). Delivery is too expensive and no free returns makes that even worse when you know you will have to send a load of stuff back that doesn't fit. Those factors put me off using it more often. In addition - the app is poor and makes it hard to find promotions that are emailed and not referenced on the app”

“Although the products were as expected, it appeared as though every package had been opened and repacked. Items still had in store labels on them. Delivery was very slow for the payment, for the price it should have been next day at least. The issue of a £5instore voucher on collection basically refunds your delivery charge. I would have forgone the voucher in return for a speedier delivery. I opted to pick up in store as delivery times for home delivery usually meant I had to pick up from depot. Very good value for money and worth shopping during sale periods. One issue though is that some items are available only for home delivery and not store pickup which is frustrating as I would have bought more. I had to empty half my basket due to this.”

“When I received my delivery one of the items ordered was not delivered, I'm currently being questioned and being asked to produce photographic evidence of the packaging, not sure of the purpose of this as the packaging is empty.”

“Very prompt and quick delivery. I asked to exchange from a large to medium you was more than happy to help with this and that was also a speedy service but unfortunately you did not have my size available on one of the items I wanted online (but it was in store) somewhere where I was unable to pick up from so when I ask customer services if it was possible for them to get the store to send to me they said this was not possible so unfortunately I was unable to get the full order I wanted in the end”

“I ordered some shoes with standard delivery, I had placed my order on the Wednesday which said it would be here on the Saturday. I payed £5 for delivery for them to not turn up till the Monday. Not only was the £5 delivery charge silly but they were not true to their word”

“2 out of 3 items didn't fit. Unable to return them to store unless it was for vouchers, that's a new one !! 8 days on still heard nothing and no refund. Not happy usc.”

“First time purchase was okay. Product i wanted disappeared off tbe website and when emailed i was told could come back at anytime. They were unsure when. Just happned to check a day later and it happned to be there. Delivery was fast and efficient”
