“Items were delivered fast and items as described. I have an issue that the items I had to order and pay for delivery were available In my local USC store. Sadly when I attended the store and asked why the shorts were considerably more expensive in store I was frustrated to hear that the stir could not match the cost unless I paid an additional £5 for delivery (even though they were there in the shop on a rail) I went to a different USC store a few days later and thought I would test out the answer I had. Sadly this store said simply there is no way to get the Internet price I store. I regularly shop at USC and spend quite a lot with you. I regularly find items that are not in store or totally different prices ???? You are a big chain it's time you allowe for free click and collect or free delivery to store ?? You could always agree to match your own website price in store......... Happy with the items but frustrated by this silly situation.”

“Items arived as expected bur the shipping charges are way too high should be free standard shipping and the next day delivery charges need to be reviewed also a free returns system is a must for if I am to make usc a regular for shopping”

“Product and service good but I spent over £50 and still had to pay delivery and then when one item was too small I also had to pay to return, I had presumed I'd be able to return to shop for free but this wasn't the case so any saving on the product you end up paying on delivery/returns ??”

“Prices are really competitive! Good selection of products. The individual items were wrapped a bit messy - not sure if it was due to rough treatment during shipping. The reason I only give 3 stars is because there are no free returns - and I in Denmark and it would cost be 25 pounds to return 45 pounds worth of products. I had two long armed Henri Lloyd polos - both size small but one was really much bigger, more like an L, so would have liked to return it.”
