“Range of trainers available, low price and next day delivery. But no free delivery on e.g order over over £70”

“Delivery was fine but the charge for delivery is steep by today's standards and you are expected to cover the costs/organisation of any returns yourself as well. You can't even return to a USC store to save you the return delivery cost, though I was informed by their Twitter account that you can exchange in store.”

“Had my ordered delivered and the packaging was ripped open with 3 items missing probably something to do with the couriers. However contacted USC and I'm still waiting to wats happening wether they are sending replacement. I'm a regular customer and I would have expected for them to get back to me sooner”

“First time I did the in store pick up option, wrongly thinking it should be as long as normal standard delivery - and I will not be doing it again. Took way to long for delivery from my initial order.”

“There is some thing seriously wrong with the sizes, have to return majority of order as the items are small. In addition every items packaging was already open!!!”

“Not sure about happy the delivery charge evert ime you buy or send something back is scandalous and the fact the shop doesn't take back items is a joke also when I bought clothes in the shop and tried to get a refund only to be told I could only get a credit note is a joke”

“I don't really have any plus points, in fact many other retailers provide much better service. Stock levels don't seem to be updated, so one item was out of stock after I'd placed my order, and standard delivery was very slow. Many other online retailers provide faster delivery times for free.”
