“Received updates on delievery but charge for delivery on a £70 order was surprising”

“Items ordered on the 30th July paid extra on next day delivery still not received.. Hermes shows delivered to secure location,? No delivery card to trace.. emailed customer service still no response..?”

“Good products on offer especially all the labelled stuff and for a very good price compared to other online retailers who cost a bomb. I think maximum 4-5 days for delivery to store as I thought a week itself was long enough even though there is a next delivery option direct to home.”

“I was happy with my purchases, however the delivery charges seem excessive especially as I would be charged the same to deliver to store, most stores now offer free delivery to local stores. This would unfortunately put me off ordering from USC in the future”

“What annoyed me was I paid for next day delivery and my order was still processing 24 later and delivered after 48 hours , seems to me there was no intention of delivery next day , ???? But apart from that everything was good ????”

“The t-shirts were described as 100% cotton, but they are not. And there should be a more notorious distintion between the "Big and Tall" section and the normal, since I ended up ordering two S size shirts (according to the table chart) that are huge.”

“Items delivered in an acceptable time frame. NOT impressed by having to pay to return items though! Surely this could be completed by returning items to store for free? Having not seen items until they arrive, customers cannot be sure if the item is going to fit adequately and should have the option to return without a shipping penalty”

“The top was of good quality and packed well the only problem was I paid £6.99 for next day delivery but there was a problem and I received it 2 days later but no refund on next day delivery.”

“The items themselves were fine however I would like to point out that they were not in sealed bags. Clearly these had been returned stock for being the wrong size etc, but to have them 'rolled in a ball and shoved in a bag' doesn't give the best impression of a company I have never used before.”

“Ordered my items on the Saturday paid for next day delivery which was supposed to be on the Monday due to weekend. Items came the Tuesday same as normal delivery only at a higher price”
