“Hi, i was very happy with my purchase of clothing online. However my complaint lies within your new cheetham hill branch. I felt like i was watched in store by the security guard. I felt uneasy trying to browse and look at you new ranges with the constant eyes burning a hole in the back of my head. I honestly felt i was doing something wrong for no reason what so ever. I cannot remember the exact date to as of when i went. But i can assure you it wouldn't be again. I normally shop at the branch at the arndale centre and have never had any issues there. And the staff are always helpful. I also felt uncomfortable with the lady who served me when I simply asked in regards to a mix and match offer. I felt the response was very unprofessional to a normal question. This is the first time I experienced an unpleasant visit to one of your stores. I can assure you i will not be visiting again and will be going elsewhere. You may think it is over exaggerated or looking in between the lines. But i myself work in retail and deal with customers on a daily basis. I have never treated a customer in that sense or made them feel that a question shouldn't be asked due to the attitude of the staff. I feel that I shouldn't have to be followed constantly. Again i do apologise for not remembering the date as i am preparing for my holiday and have a million things to sort out. However your online sale was fantastic and i did recommend it to friends and family as some of the clothing and prices are fantastic. Regards, Omar Ishtaq”

“Fantastic sale price, delivered quickly, packaging of clothes was horrific, bundled into a tight pal, chucked in a bag then cellotaped up before placing into delivery bag.”

“Not 100% impressed! 1st off I wasn't given an option for next day delivery. 2nd an item was out if stock even though it let me place it in my bag. 3rd the item that was out of stock wasn't allowed to be substituted for an item of the same price. 4th I spent £500 but still had to pay £5.99 delivery Don't get me wrong the clothes are great and the delivery was pretty fast considering it was standard delivery. Hermes was the courier and they did superb. Overall quite happy with my purchase but the service could be improved.”

“Processed return and refund with no fuss. However still lacking behind other leading online retailers who provide free shipping for returns. This is my first experience of USC and knowing I have to pay for return shipping means I won't use them again.”
