“Item was great, but shipping WAY too expensive. When market leaders like ASOS/Topman etc offer free shipping over a certain amount, you should be doing the same. I can't think of anywhere else that charges £4.99 for shipping.”

“Was very happy with the jeans I ordered. The delivery is a bit expensive and they still charge you the delivery cost if you chose to click and collect at a local store, when other clothing chains offer free click and collect.”

“I'm disappointed that I have to pay to return goods that are too small or unsuitable. Click and Collect, £5 voucher to spend in store is fine but to be charged for returning goods is pure greed. Many many other stores don't charge for returns!”

“Happy with one of the products however, due to the extortionate postage costs and having to pay for return postage I won't be using USC again. There are many other companies out there with more reasonable postage fees”
