“Good product, no issues with delivery however I was disappointed with the cost delivery which was more than the savings on the promotion and there was no option to click and collect for free”

“The reason I dont use USC as much as I might is that often I end up returning items for whatever reason and it's an expensive tedious experience, returning items should be free, I get a great service with asos, unlimited delivery of my choice and free reruns”

“I was not happy with your facilities for payment. I was finishing processing the payment when I received notice that something went wrong. I reapplied for my goods and was charged twice”

“The delivery charge is a total rip off and whenever i recieve a parcel it looks like its been thrown in a bag... Presentation is poor! The clothing is as good as expected...”

“Great bargains & products. I was slightly unhappy that one of two polo shirts that I just ordered was 'thrown' into it's wrapping not folded. Obviously it hard been tried on by other people beforehand and not sent to me in a 'newly' packaged state.”

“my delivery was made and there was no damage and the prices were good.The only thing that annoyed me was I placed an order midday and paid for next day carriage, only then to see that it took two days to pick and pack the order, thats not next day service and I won't be paying extra for it next time.”

“I'm really dispoint for the delivery. I don't usually order from places where is have to pay for it, and now I paid 10e. I had to pick up it from post office, I placed the delevery address - its a lie if delivery conpany says they tried and didint reach me. first time i didnt get order there, and i even paid alot for it.”

“good online retail shop. But after i have done the payment the website notify me that one of my orders is out of stock. So i have been charged from my credit card twice. Actually i have to wait from my bank to release one of the debit amount meanwhile i am charged by interest for this amount.”
