“I am an unhappy customer. I went to pick up my online purchase from a Sports Direct Store, in the Stoknewington area, and now I have to return to the store because the stupid sales assistant who served me at the time charged me £6.00, when she should have charged me £1.00. I reside in the Redbridge, Wanstead area, so now I will have to drag my car up there to get them to amend the stupid mistake that stupid sales assistant made. And my car doesn't run on water, it runs on petrol.”

“My items came very quickly,from ordering them. Quality varied but overall not bad. I have to return a few things. Refund process not equal to purchasing process.”

“Am disappointed to find out that returns have to be posted back to the depot and I can't return to our local store. This isn't very convenient and costs a fortune so it doesn't make the footwear such a bargain.”

“Usc is fine but you need to get rid of the courier that delivers to the lewisham area because the courier never knocks the door and always leaves my parcel in my doorway and for that I will not be ordering from Usc again”

“Sent back to refund for another pair smaller size and was emailed to say you have refunded as the size is out of stock. However when check online the pair requested are not out of stock, so i need to pay another lot of postage to order.....”
