Product is fine, same as described but not happy about delivery charges as many companies have free delivery those days

I ordered a pair of dark-red Miso boots. I had bought exactly the same shoes and size (38) last year. However, I was surprised when I collected them and found out that the length of the new shoes was slightly smaller than the old ones. Apparently, Miso decided to change the sizes. What a disappointment...!

I had to return my order as the boots were faulty but I couldn't fault USC returns as they returned my money immediately.

Got the stuff i ordered very quick but returned a hoodie because it was a bit small and filled in the form for placement in a bigger size but got an email to sat it was cancelled and got a refund.

The products are very very good! it would be helpful if we have a choice to collect items from a USC store as well as to return via the store. my son is 16 and is now taking Man size. I purchase 2 trousers online 3/2/17 which the size were not available in store. When they came they were too long and i did not get to return them on time. I place another order on the 14/2/17 which fits a bit perfect(hope he don't grow them out too quick as we have to bee buying loads of new clothes at this point he grew out all his clothe in one go) just wondering if i could still send them back and you give me a credit note for USC store and not sport direct? thy still have the labels on and is unworn. kind regards Tanisha

Ordered 3 items. 2 items were new in bags. 3rd item had a reduced sales tag on it, and had clearly come off a shop hanger. But the worst part was it still had the security tag attached!

i am happy with the time i have received my good i am very disappointed that you have to for delivery to the store also this is not acceptable as not other websites i order from do this and think i future i will not be ordering from your website

The browsing online is very easy and you have a great selection. But it's very annoying seeing as most of your products are online you have to pay for delivery but then worst pay for returns after actually getting to see the product and try it on, making the whole a nightmare and not one I'm keen to go through again. Specially the fact you have to print out your own return form, why not just have it in the parcel?! Last thing bit bad this review doesn't have a section what could we do better rather than just what made you happy.

Ordered two tops, unfortunately the security tag was left on one. Contacted customer service who suggested I take it to a branch of USC or Sports Direct for them to remove. If I was close to a USC branch, I'd have bought it there in the first place. Drove to Sports Direct (35 mile round trip), they couldn't help as their tagging system is different! Customer service were helpful enough to supply a freepost return address. It's a shame the response times are so slow for customer service - I had to return the top for a refund as after the delay I had missed the birthday the top was a gift for, so had to buy an alternative elsewhere.

Price of clothing very good but I don't think I should pay for delivery when spending over £100 and also having to pay for returns. I was also annoyed that you don't get a refund just an exchange or credit note when returning items back in store to save me paying for a return!
