“The ordering and delivery were excellent, as was the product. Unfortunately it didn't fit and was returned. I am still awaiting contact from the customer services.”

“I was happy with the products I received but the packaging was awful. All packaging had rips and in some cases completely loose or not covering an item as though it was a returned item. I am quite disappointed with this.”

“I received the goods in a mixture of boxes that had been opened and taped back up ( some were ripped apart) and two pairs of underpants were no folded just stuffed into the ripped and re-taped boxes! Very odd!”

“I was very happy with the products I ordered. However was not happy that an item I ordered which was in stock in my size at the time of ordering suddenly was out of stock and rather than being offered an alternative by USC it was removed from my order and the money refunded this meant if I wanted an alternative I would have to pay full postage again. This left me feeling disappointed with the service from USC.”

“I ordered multiple items and chose to collect in store. The order itself seemed to take a while to arrive in store. Then i had to return items, for which once again took ages to hear from them and as yet i am still waiting for my refund and this is now two weeks after the items being returned.”

“As for the clothes are fantastic, but when it comes to delivery of I'm not satisfied. Click and collect should be free and home delivery is quite expensive. schould check other similar store is completely different.”

“Cheap trainers led flashing things but did not come we a charger wire right mess about on hold to customer services shop did not have any to give me said I would have to send trainers back and re order another pair but I orders 2 pairs so lucky one was with a pair bit off putting to be honest this experience”

“Boots arrived but needed to be exchanged for smaller size. Marissa in customer care was great and organised the exchange. However, when the replacement pair arrived they had been sent without laces ! Love the boots great style ! but surely someone should check boxes before sending out ! Replacement laces now arrived and all good ! But a little more care at point of dispatch would have stopped a lot of hassle !”

“Trousers were a nice cut and a good fit, the prices I bought the itmes for were good. I would say that the clothing was DKNY and I expected that anyhow”
