“Order arrived in good time but no paid returns and not able to return to local store is very poor service, for this reason i would hesitate to place another order as more often than not i require more than one size to try!”

“Good service, quick delivery , however I think it's ridiculous how items unwanted cannot be returned to store, and the customer has to pay to post the items back to the depot and then wait for a refund and email!!!”

“I ordered some trainers and aftershave using a gift card I received for Christmas. The aftershave was cancelled due to 'Not For International'. Where I live is not international and there is a local USC store selling the item? After 10 Days & USC now sending 10 emails about the order the Item still hasn't arrived.”

“Nothing about U S C made me very happy at all.The quality of the Lacoste items I ordered did not come up to the normal standard and sizing was way too big I had to return the items to you.Disappointed that I could not just go back to USC local store and return items had to pay another £5.50 to return them P.O. actually wanted me to pay a much bigger amount to cover the full cost of my goods.I was annoyed that on doing this I now have to wait for refund to go back on my DR card.Your returns system is very dated and I would think twice before ordering anything else from you.So Sorry Mrs P Duncan.”
