“easy to find and shop for my swim shorts however in 2018 paying over five pounds delivery isn't acceptable it should be a minimal priced if not free delivery.”

“Waited in for parcel as told I needed to sign, was the just handed the item! Postage very expensive - returning item as not suitable so has cost around £8/9 in total. Won't use again due to this”

“Very unhappy at the way the parcel was sent out! I’m not sure who the packer was but I couldn’t believe my eyes... expensive branded Tops?.. all SCREWED UP into balls and place into open unsealed plastic bags. Thrown into the bag....Absolutely appalling.”

“Paid for items for delivery £4.95. Some items after paying delivery fee were no longer available. Was informed a day later. If I knew I wouldn’t of continued with the order. USC should inform customers that items are not available before they take your money in order you can make your mind up about putting the order through.”
