“Hermes delivery delayed by 5 days with no apology or compensation, over 2 hours of dealing with Hermes customer services via livechat and phone. Product was fine, but packaging was torn and crushed. USC offered no simple 1-to-1 customer services. I will not order from here again.”

“My items came and the box that the calvin klein boxer shorts were in was all burst and both sides opned, also ordered a calvin klein tshirt and it was all creased and shoved in an over sized bag wasnt even folded and the bag wasnt sealed just a huge see thru bag that looked like it had been pulled off the floor.. also i had to pay to return a tshirt which didnt fit after paying £6.99 for it to be delivered. Not somewhere i would shop again if could be avoided”
