“Was odering trainers, ordered wrong size by accident was my mistake, emailed the company and asked them to swap for correct size no answer, not only that but the trainers came with no reciept and no return slip ? For me to take them to the post office for them to say well we cant returne them its just a bag with trainers!! To then come in to glasgow to swap them for them not to have the ones i wanted with the worst customer service and being shoved up the top floor for no reson because this was sports direct and no usc where i got the trainers from, will 100% never be shopping here again very dissapointed !”

“The product which I received was very good. However the box which it arrived in was extremely badly damaged the trainers which I ordered were a gift and unfortunately the box was unable to be given as part of the gift which was very disappointing.”

“I had attempted to change my delivery address, immediately after the site refreshed, following my order I was notified that the delivery address had not updated, I attempted to cancel the order but was informed that I could not, I was the. Notified that the main item on my order was out of stock and had been cancelled meaning I had paid full delivery for one item, as I no longer live at the address the item was delivered to I made my way there after being notified it had been delivered to be told the item had not been received. I am so disgusted I will not be using USC again I was also waiting for the money to be put back into my account for the items cancelled by yourselves.”

“Ordered a pair of pants for a funeral that was a week away (3-5 days delivery is clearly stated on the website) 6 WEEKS it took. obviously had to go out and buy other pants. Everything is cheap but order 3 months before you want it.”
