“Ordered jeans but they got cancelled because the stock had ran out...went to use my birthday discount code a couple of days after my birthday but it didn’t work...what did arrive was great value and excellent quality but not sure if i’d use USC again”

“Never received an email saying item was in store. Also last time i ordered a pair of sunglasses along with 4 other items but only could get home delivery, cost me an extra £4,99 then item was not available (sunglasses ) Joke really.”

“Ordered a track suit online for pickup at store, the web site is easy to use and price is very competitive. pick up was easy and also got a £5 voucher to use in store”

“I was made to pay £14 to return products that did not fit me. This is over and above the £6.99 postage I had to pay for the goods to be delivered to my house. I understand this is your policy but I find it very disappointing. It has certainly put me off making future online orders. Surely the return of products that do not fit should be covered.”
