I ordered a GStar Raw shirt from you last week and it has come with the security tag still attached! So I now can't wear it, I do not feel I should pay postage to send it back for your mistake also your contact details are useless why is there no phone number ?

I received the right trainers but in the wrong colour. I returned them but have received no correspondence from you yet.

I collected my item instore and when i had a look there the change in price was ridiculous to the price online. They where still being advertised as 70% off online and the difference in price was up to £20 on some items. I was going to make more purchases until i realised this.

Although I got my order it's was a day late even though i paid for next day delivery. I also paid for a mug which cane completely smashed. When I tried to contact Us about my order I found there was no details on who or how I should make a complaint about this. I found this unacceptable. I also believed I was being direct from Us only to have a sports soccer box issues to me, this was not clear at all.

Shoes were dirty - now cleaned Jumper had security tag left in - will require me to return to store in order to have this removed. For all of your stringent processes in place, you can't get the very basics right!

I find it unacceptable that you charge to get parcel delivered to store but do not even offer an in store return. I have to pay to return goods which do not fit. Goods have therefore cost me twice for delivery but I have nothing to show for money :-(

Not happy at all. This time I think I have received rejected products. Colours are faded. Sizes are not correct either.

Despite cancelling my order as the only Item I wanted was out of stock, the orders was still delivered to me, but the package said that it's from sports direct. Money for missing item has still not been refunded. Poor customer service

Delivery charge is a bit high considering most other retailers deliver for free or standard at 2.99£... returns also based on paying for delivery return charge yourself.. overall wouldn't use again

The choice and the price of the item's i was attempting to buy made me happy But what made me UNHAPPY was i never got my stuff the courier service was very very poor waited in for THREE days also contacted them fourth day still nothing so unless USC sorts out courier im sorry but wont be buying anything again.i gave a poor rateing as USC are responsible for the couriers they use.

I ordered 4 products online. All appeared to have been thrown into bags which were tied in a knot rather than sealed as you would expect. One of the items was really poor quality, another was clearly damaged and another bore virtually no resemblance to the picture. I now have to pay to send them back. I won't be ordering from USC again!

I was sent the wrong item ! You have refunded the price of the item but not the postage . As it was your error I feel I should be refunded the next day delivery charge £6:99 also it cost me almost £3 to return it back to you so I am £10 out of pocket for your error.it was a birthday present that was why I wanted it on next day delivery. Very disappointed. Unless a refund of postage is refunded to me I probably would not shop with yourselves again now.

I received my shirt in very poor packaging, it looked as though it was stuffed in the packet and not cared for at all. no wrapping on the shirt and came very creased.

I ordered some clothing specifically for a holiday so it needed to arrive by a certain day. I only purchased from USC because the confirmed delivery date was due before my holiday. However due to the use of Yodel as delivery company, the parcel arrived a day later, after I had already left the country. Useless.

I ordered some trainers for my son online and they was too small I went in store and the sales assistants were really friendly and helpful but to exchange the trainers I had to pay £8 more because the store price was different to the online one which u thought was unfair. I didn't have a bad experience with the staff in the Blackburn shop they was all really niece and helpful but I think if you advertise a price on live it should be the same in store
