some of the clothes were not packed properley some of the shirts looked as though theyve come out of a washing machine so many crease marks unbelievable!

Poorly packaged. Shirts appeared to be just dumped into package with some "padding" chucked around. No bag provided so had to pay £1.50 for a Bag for life which bust shortly after leaving the shop.

I didn't recieve my next day delivery I saw the driver outside my works window he saw me and drove off. Then I arranged twice for my parcel to arrive at my house and finally got delivered

Incorrect goods supplied, when corrected, original goods wanted were no longer in stock. Not counting the time and effort it took to sort it out. Seriously, provide a better service than email only.

Parcel arrived very quick ...impressed however the thirty I ordered had a security tag attached to it still ....2nd time this has happened :-(

Having paid next day delivery (£6.99) I was excited to recieve my delivery. Delivery of sunglasses was recieved next day But they were forced through my letterbox without the door being knocked. Surprise surprise, said sunglasses were bent and the lens broken. What a waste of next day delivery as they were unusable. Got in touch with customer service who after 3 days finally got back to me requesting photos of the faulty sunglasses. Low and behold they were broke as previously described in the email and an exchange was raised. Brilliant. However they have sent them free delivery within 5 days, better than nothing but no use for the one day of british sunshine we were expecting. Now still waiting for the delivery and the sunshine has passed. No refund given on the delivery charge originally paid and no acknowledgement of a gesture of good will to apologise for inconvenience caused. Absolutely shocking customer service! Hopefully the replacement sunglasses will be delivered properly and useable.

Delivery was not next day. Ordered on Thursday 4th August and paid for next day and package was not delivered until Monday afternoon. Really poor service!

One of the items I received had lots of black marks over the bottom of the dress, as though it had been dragged around on the floor. I have received confirmation of return however I am still waiting for my full refund.

2 items missing from my order, I sent an e- mail regarding this and was asked to provide photographic evidence of the condition I received the package in. Issue still not resolved, purchased item for holiday! Will now have to shop elsewhere! Costly to also return items! Will not use the service again.

I like my purchase that I bought however I paid £6.99 for next day delivery and my delivery took a good few days to arrive to me. I understand that I ordered past the time for next day delivery however it should have arrived the following day after that but it never. I would like to have a refund of some if not all of my delivery charge as this is not acceptable to pay such a high amount and to then wait just about standard delivery time.

This order not good I ordered 2 pairs of jeans and one of the pairs s not the ones I ordered so now need to organise a return so if you can advise. Many thanks.

1 of the shirts I ordered online was delivered with huge stains at the back. No one expects them to be crystal clean, shinny and ironed but that's filthy. Went to store inside the Arndale to ask for bigger shoe size and the service I received was too disappointing

delivery fee is absurdly expensive in comparison to other companies. not even remotely justified. At least refund for delivery. Also what is this £5 sports direct voucher? why would i want a voucher for another shop if i'm shopping at USC? Regardless of which companies own what shares, try promoting your own sales first, others second :) Finally, charging for a click and collect service is an absolute disaster.

The bikinis I bought were of poor quality and Ill fitting. I also don't like the fact that we have to pay for return goods, where many online store offer this as a free service. I won't be shopping with USC in the future.

Ordered a pair of ladies footwear that was sent in the wrong size. I have noted this on the returns form and requested my postage fee to return the item is refunded to me. I have received no response to this. Not good customer service at all.

Having to pay £5 just to have something delivered to a store then finding out its not even free returns either. Never heard of a shop doing either of these things!

The first time I have ordered from USC.. I ordered a pair of shoes. I received them in a state that seemed like they had been worn previously, shoe laces done up, no tissue paper in the shoe and strangely there was no insoles in the shoe.. I had to send them back (if not given a free post address I would have been forced to pay to return the item.) Hassle....

Ordered some Lacoste t shirts I wear size 7 xxl on lacoste site but on USC they say size 6 and 7 are both xl so I ordered xl and size 6 was sent out. Size six is not xxl so it did not fit. You have to pay £4.99 to do click and collect from store. Returns process is designed to make customers not bother returning goods. Firstly you have to pay for returns and send them signed for on delivery, more expensive you do not get a refund for your postal charges. There returns form has limited options to select why you are returning items, no wrong item sent or item wrong size. A: Exchange reqiured B: Product not reqiured C: Item is faulty D: Product was not ordered If you require a refund you have to write on the form you want a full refund or they will send you a replacement. I purchased 5 tops all expensive items Lacoste only one came packed in its sealed bag the others looked like they had been hanging on hangers with a plastic bag over them, the bags were dusty and dirty like they had been stood for years in a warehouse and had a dusty smell to them This is not how I expect to receive new items of clothing. After sending the items back at a cost of £4.45 i received an email saying a cancellation request has been processed, no mention of refund, I waited 3 days and then phoned them to ask what this ment abd was informed a refund had been processed, why not say that in the email? So I got my refund but my t shirts that I did not keep still cost me £9.44 £4.99 for the click and collect from store and £4.45 cost to return items. £9.44 just to view the garments. Please Note: if you buy online you can not return to a store even though you collected them from the store. Will I shop with them online again ? Not a chance
