I received my parcel on the stated day however the wrong item was sent. I emailed USC to ask if they could courier out a replacement and pick up the wrong items but was however told I had to return these first and ask for a replacement. Poor service, wasted day waiting in for the wrong item and also had to go to my local post office to return, face another day waiting for the correct item to arrive. Won't be using USC again (if they stopped closing down their city centre stores then wouldn't have to order online in the first place - Que sera). :(

Its not fair to say it was a bad experience but it was poor by comparison and you asked for my feedback. The trainers are a very competitive price. The website did say up to 7 days delivery direct to Sports Direct, but most websites do give that time scale as the worst time scale. In my experience mail order direct to a shop with other suppliers takes 2-3 days maximum because they know the competition is achieving this turnaround. My order took exactly seven days which is long in comparison but is a deciding factor for me in whether i would use a supplier again to be honest. I feel your website engages in what I call "Customer Contact avoidance" i.e when it comes to customers identifying how to contact yourselves it is seemingly a deliberate maze of avoidance for example the first email address identified is not monitored so it is very frustrating. Many organisations do this in reality because they have had your money and they don't want to be bothered with queries, that's the fact but it is an insult when it really isn't so difficult to actually process and pay. Think about it! I believe it should be as simple to identify direct easy contact to a supplier with your query and get as fast a response as you get when you pay them! and delivery time was excessive in comparison to other providers of similar services. Your prices are competitive so maybe i would try you with direct delivery to my home and see if it compares better to be fair but that may be costly in comparison to my usual suppliers. Many thanks.

I paid £4.99 for delivery. Then when I had to return the items, normally a free service with other retailers it cost me £12.98 to do so!

One of the items ordered was dirty. Another item was of poor quality. Unable to return to store unless for credit.

The website was not clear, I chose collect from store on the understanding I wouldn't be charged delivery. I emailed customer services to query and never received even an acknowledgement of my email. Very poor customer service

I made an order on a Sunday evening and paid for next day delivery expecting my goods to come on the Tuesday. The goods didn't arrive till the Wednesday, that does not constitute next day delivery to me.

Everything with order was fine. Only point would be that it would be more helpful to offer the same service as other retailers with the returns being accepted at the store (instead of having to pay postage to return).

Placed a order at 19.15 on a Wednesday, had confirmation that delivery would be made on the Friday, paying a premium price to have it delivered to home. The delivery came next day which is not what was confirmed and then had to mess around to try and get hold of the parcel. I placed the order at a set time to be delivered on a set day not whenever they feel like it. I have complained but have heard nothing back. Will not order online again due to the poor deliver service.

Iam disappointed in the Delivery and returns. A standard delivery is 4.99. I was going to collect from shop they charge you 4.99. I got a pair of shoes for my daughters school.Iwhich are to big. I had to keep them as it would cost me more money to return! I can't return to the shop either! So I had to order another pair.i will not buy from usc online again. Because of the charges!! It should be free returns and free to collect from the store!

The pick up experience was not great . And randomly was in a sports direct !!! The man on the door / sercurity / greeter was not sure where collections was . I then waited ages for the one till operator to collect my parcel. Whilst other staff/mangers watched him struggle . They were more interested in chatting . Would never go to a sports direct , not sure why I picked up a £150 worth of g star from a place like that . All very odd

I went to collect my item from sports direct and the two teenagers that were dealing with it were not very polite and the lad didn't have aclue what he was doing.
