The app for usc does not show that items are preorder items and when checking out it tells you standard delivery is 3 to 5 days but now I have to wait over a month to receive my items no compensation given.

The quality of the hula hoop was not good at all. It was supposed to be weighted and it wasn't. Ok I didnt pay a lot for it. Poor quality if I had paid the full price.

The policy on returns is shocking and there's no wiggle room even after some difficult and sensitive situations were explained. It's daylight robbery. The saving grace that didn't make this review a 1/5 is that the staff in the store were extremely helpful and tried their best to make me a happy customer. But I put that down to them being human and not to them being good team members of USC/SDI - who the hell would want to work on the shop floor of these stores when they know the crookedness and robbery behind the policies and the CEO? They staff are troopers who need jobs in an economy that won't give them the opportunity unless it's with companies such as yourselves.

Usc charge for click and collect. They should have free delivery over a certain amount. The should have a collect plus option in place so we can return goods. They have bad customer service

I ordered 5 items only 1 item was packed all the rest were creased and shoved in the bag Not happy at all

Took too long to locate parcel in shop. USC charge postage even though I'm doing click and collect, then charge to send back, surely you can return to shop??

the main item I ordered was later cancelled as no stock. Why did the system let me order it then? Very annoying

One of the items I had delivered still has the store security tag on it! I am going to have to take it to a store to have it removed.

I ordered next day delivery and paid £6.99 before 7pm in the Friday evening. Item didn't arrive until lunch time Monday. Disappointed in this as item arrived too late. Kept item as liked and good price.

I ordered a pair of size 5 hi top converse on Friday 19th August at 12.45 and paid £6.99 for next day delivery - this item was a gift for my sisters 21st birthday and the order was not delivered until Monday 22nd August. I was disappointed to receive the order late considering I paid £6.99.

Clothes are delivery was great but was charged twice leaving me with no money and it took days to get it back which meant I had to get a payday loan out putting me in debt

The service I received in the Manchester arndale store was shocking and the other shoppers aswell from the sales assistant, she was rude and snappy, I have now returned the goods, thanks for the credit note (sarcastically he says)!

First time shopping with USC, and well quite frankly it will be my last once the matter is resolved. Placed an order for 4 items, and only 3 were received. Sent an email advising them of this, and still waiting for a response (3+ days waiting) So i decided to call them, to which an advisor was talking in an odd manner- not rude, but slightly abrupt. I want this sorting asap- awful first and last experience.
