paid for next day delivery but did not get my parcel the next day

Everything was ok with the order interms of time scale etc but when i recieved the shoes the security tag was still attached. The purpose of me buying them online was to avoid going to the store in the first place. I have now got the tag removed but was extreamly inconvenient.

My order came with no receipt in bag and no 5 pound voucher to spend in store and packaging it was in was all open. Trousers was hanging out of it.

I asked for parcel to be delivered to store, however did not realise it took so long should have read the. Small print but still if you can get it delivered to home next day why does it take so Long to deliver to store I won't use this service again and haven't collected yet but hope to on Monday

Good products but shame about paying for delivery to a store,and if items need returning have to pay again , nearly all companies do free returns.

The pair of Charli boots were for my partner at a size 6. They came up very narrow, i.e. smaller fit than the regular 6 she always buys, so she asked for a size 7 return. Most companies arrange a courier collection to keep business relations positive. USC advise returns are to be sorted by the customer, parcelled up and paid for. Not sure this is in their interest?

Well first I would like to say the state the order came in was abysmal. The clothes were just thrown in the bag along with the selaphene it should have been wrapped in. I then opened the box of trainers I bought for my boy only to find they were the wrong trainers. Yes they were still nice trainers but got my order totally wrong

I paid for a next day delivery £6.99 and received my items late. Got them day 2 when we were already on holiday.

Was expecting my delivery next day and it was not delivered until 3 days later. Very disappointed and USC only refunded £2 to make it standard delivery. I would have expected full delivery refunded as a goodwill gesture!! Happy with product though

I paid twice for next day delivery. First time it took 2 days and the second time 3 days! Disgusting to charge £6.99 and promise next day delivery and then don't deliver!

The items are in horrible condition, faulty. And people who are working in warehouse do not check the quality before sending to customers. Moreover, from my experience it is always something wrong. Either the item is missing or the wrong item sent. I do not recommend the shop.

To charge 4.99 to click and collect (regardless of the 5 pounds voucher in store) is dreadful. Once I received my items, there 3 out of the 4 which i didn't want to keep (not usc fault). I have just sent the items back but your company doesn't give customer a pre paid postage stamp to send the items back, meaning I had to spend over 10 pounds to return them. I would never buy online ever again. You need to realise that very few companies work the way you do.

I really think it's time you offered free delivery and returns or at least one or the other. Paying these extras on top of the actual clothes is disappointing, and just makes me want to go to your competitors such as ASOS who offer free delivery and returns and who make the whole process much easier and customer friendly.

I have not received my goods ordered for my up coming holiday this Saturday. I have contacted you via email but had no response. I have also contacted Yodel and they too are dragging their heels.
