I've e-mailed customer services twice as I was sent the wrong size t-shirt by yourselves. I don't see why I should pay for return postage when it wasn't my fault.

Clothing arrived on time however each item was not packed well with bags ripped and oversized and not presented well at all. I ordered a large amount of items and due to ill fit of garments I had to send a lot back, including shoes. I had to pay for return delivery which cost me £14 and initial delivery of £4.99. This is a lot to pay for clothes that I was disappointed with. Sizing was very in consistent

Found it very strange that when I went to usc store that the prices were much more than online and store wouldn't price match? Ended up trying cloths on then driving home to order online and pay for postage and still worked out cheaper

The customer service representative carol who I emailed was great. But the lady whom I dealt with in store was very arrogant and rude.she didn't give her name.nt happy with the store girl

The delivery charge has put me off buying again. I can't currently go out of the house and love USC clothing but the delivery is the same price as another item of clothing on the site! The majority of shops now offer free collection if not complete free delivery but it appears that USC don't which is a big turn off for me. You even have to pay £5 to collect it yourself!!! Clothes are great so the delivery lets the whole experience down. I won't be buying again until the delivery charge is reduced.

I ordered some trainers and paid for next day delivery so I would have them for my holiday, only for them to be delayed by 24 hours and I didn't get them in time before I went, customer services were good/fast at getting back to me and giving a refund, but still the whole thing was anniying not to have my trainers for my holiday

I paid over £45 for the Havanas from memory and they arrived with a £17 sale sticker on. Felt a bit duped .

I went to 2 different stores to try and get some pumas in a 5 for my girlfriend, both were out of stock and told me to come back as the stock got replenished regularly. Went back to each store a further 2 times and they never got stock back in but was told I could order online, problem there was the £5 delivery added on top of my item, was told I could save money by using the app as it was offering a 20% discount on all purchases made through it. Tried that numerous times but app kept crashing and shutting down. Eventually just ordered online. Happy with price and product to be honest just a right nuisance getting it.

I ordered some aftershave and it came damage and I'm not happy about this and usc hasn't done nothing about it . Very bad service .

Delay in delivery- I didn't receive any updates on the delivery and therefore had to chase where my shopping was and when it was being delivered. Had to contact both USC and Sports Direct (Collection address)

product description was totally wrong. It was advertised as a 100% cotton material and it was 100% polyester

WORST DELIVERY COURIER EVER! Yodel is the company USC use and they are the worst, my shipment was delayed by 4 days! Way past the day I needed them for. Will never shop online with USC again.

The item sent was damaged and broken. The paperwork was crumpled up. In total, a very sorry state. Only plus point was customer service was helpful.

Ordered myself and my daughter some converse pumps mine were fine delivery time fine... however my daughters converse were filthy, all the laces were dirty and looked like they had been rubbed around the warehouse floor!

I ordered my shoes almost two weeks ago I feel it's unexcetable to take this long this day and age and when I'm getting them delivered to store too, and when I had no other option to order online because the store never has many sizes!!

My order never came on time , I paid for a next day delivery service which I never got. Parcel was lost in the depot no information was given until about four days later

Decent enough gear, but a white t shirt I ordered had a black dirt scuff on it, by time I've messed about with postage not worth sending back, I've washed it and it's come out so no harm done, just a bit disappointed

I tried at least 10 pairs of trainers but none in my size, size 10. I had to order online got it delivered in store but had to pay £4.99 for that previlge.
