When I went to pick up my parcel they couldn't locate it. Also twice I have received the £5 off voucher and both times it hasnt worked in store. The staff said the vouchers are showing up as already used. :-(

Excessive elivery charges even when buying multiple items and spending a considerable amount of money. Also returns are not free..... There should be free postage/courier service to return faulty/unwanted items. At the very least customers should be reimbursed for postage costs.

Ive paid for my items and still haven't received them, I got a poxy email saying you were going to chase it with the delivery company, that was on Monday, i've heard nothing since.

I paid for next day delivery and didn't get it until 3 days later. Very poor.

The products I bought were poor quality with obviously highly inflated original prices. To charge for delivery yet not offer free return delivery is behind with the times. These are two unacceptable points, which means that unfortunately I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered some clothes on a Wednesday night after 6pm and specifically requested next day delivery as I knew I misse the deadline for Thursday and knew this meant I would receive my order on Friday. For some reason it took over 24 hours to process my order which then meant my delivery would be Saturday. I then had to try and contact Usc which I found rather difficult through their website. I was then told after my complaint that my delivery cost would be changed to standard which I wasn't happy about as i specifically wanted these items next day delivery, i feel I shouldn't of been charged at all as i had to change my plans from Friday to Saturday because of this! I normally enjoy and love shopping with Usc but this experience has changed my mind slightly!

I ordered next day delivery at 2pm and it took 2 days to arrive. Apart from that everything was fine

One top too big Another jacket was supposed to be XL but was tiny and had only a handwritten label to say XL

For non EU customer USC/Sportsdirect use the gross rate as net rate. For EU customer £20 shoes cost £20 incl. UK VAT. For non EU the shoes cost £20 too, but excl. UK VAT. Years ago USC/Sportsdirect did refund the UK VAT. But today .... :( Customer service said: "Please be advised that we have not charged you VAT for this order." Shure, but you increase the price 20% compraed to the EU price :( The correct calculation of the £20 shoes is: £20 / 1.20 = £16.65 (VAT = 20%) An other thing: What is the difference between normal and express delivery? Both were sent by DHL Economy Select International. The is absolut no difference apart the price.

"still waiting" think it's terrible that your sending out a review before i have the things i've ordered which by the way have taken more the 7 days to leave your warehouse to get delivered to one of your stores

The bag I ordered arrived with dirty marks on it - not acceptable so was returned. Very disappointed as it was for a gift.

Hi, I had a bad experience with the Sport Direct team members. Unfortunately my shirt was to small and I wanted to exchange it but instead of that they given me a refund voucher to use it in store. That voucher got wet and I could't read the numbers (on the end I've lost it)so I went to the store to ask if they could reprint it or what could I do with that? Instead of any help I've had a rude comment that "loosing the voucher is the same as loosing money and its nothing they can do". Minute after I've calld the customer service and they give me the voucher code straight away. I don't know whats going on with the Sport D but whenever I'm in there they never able to help or its taking hours to find correct shoes etc. bit disappointed:(

First of all I tried to click and collect could not do that because I live in Northern Ireland so we don't get the £5 voucher which is not fair then when the stuff arrived the front of the xl T shirt was all dirty on the front of it where you opened the bag to put your labels on overall very disappointed and I buy a lot of clothes in your shops many thanks GARETH MCGIMPSEY

I order a pair of crib converse in a C2 but when I recieved the box which said C2 on the outside the shoes inside was a C3 and I have been unable to find a number to call to resolve this issue?
