Having ordered 2 pairs of boots I didn't like one pair so returned them at some expense to myself asking for another pair in a different colour of the other boots. I quickly got my replacement boots only to discover you had sent the same pair back I had returned even though I had emailed yourselves too. Following another email I was told you don't exchanget to different boots, which is fair enough but surely someone cld have emailed me this afternoon reading my exchange request and explained this rather than resending me the same boots!!

Order was not sent. Went into store who called up and were told that my order was made up and siting in the warehouse and that no-one had sent it out then I get an email 2days later to say that my order was cancelled.

I need to send some items back and never got a return slip and don't have the facilities to print one off !!

Paid extra for next day delivery. Parcel didn't arrive - tracking on Yodel site stated there was a delay. I had to call USC Customer Service to see what was happening. Advised parcel was seemingly lost at Selby Depot, but had to do physical check. Didn't come back to me by next day so I had to call again to chase. Advised parcel probably lost, so had to re-order. Delivery costs refunded, parcel finally received over a week late.

Ordered a number of different Items in different sizes & styles to check what suited me and fitted the best with the view of returning the others that didnt fit or suit.... no free returns though which resulted in my return costing almost £20. Ridiculous.

Happy with the service in terms of using the website and how quickly I received the order, but when I tried on the XXL hoodie it did not fit. I have given it to my Step-Father as a gift who is a Medium/Large in terms of Top size and it fitted him perfectly. Item was not true to size.

Sent out wrong size phoned up and women told me I would have to pay to send back and the repay my new delivery so paying three deliveries in total . First and last time ordering

Shoes were not correctly sized and too small. Thought paying for postage and return price of £4.99 excessive. Won't be using again.

Paid £5 to have a pair of "super slim" jeans ordered to store to arrive between Tuesday - Friday (needed for the Sunday). Arrived the following Monday (too late for purpose). They were also super skinny and not "super slim", so my I couldn't even get my thighs into my normal size of 32R. Tried to return in store but was unable to as they had to be sent back via the post, poor system in my opinion for such a big company. Please feel free to contact me - marcus.wade1998@gmail.com.

We were told in your local store that there would be a 20% discount when using the app for the first time - this wasn't the case. The app was then incredibly difficult to use, and delivering to store was incredibly expensive, as was any other form of delivery. I wouldn't have purchased anything if it wasn't a necessity - a coat for winter, and it will be the last time i do as i found it a massive inconvenience and a total deterrence to buying anything else online from you or even in store.

I ordered my items and did not receive email first time round then ordered the same items again and received the email that my products are being processed through delivery for some reason i receive duplicate items of the same order and i was very unhappy of being charged twice therefore i had to return the duplicate item but i'm yet to receive the refund payment back into my account and i am still waiting. Please help me and email back on what to do that will be very helpful.

One packet of boxers had obviously been previously returned as the box was badly damaged and taped back together. As these are a gift I will be returning them to store!

Staff were helpful in the store, however the in ability to get a full refund minutes after the purchase is very frustrating hence why I needed to buy jeans online, which in reality I didn't need. The reason I requested a refund was because I managed to find what I was looking for elsewhere and cheaper.
