I paid for next day delivery but never received the trainers the next time, this severely let me down. I chose USC for its reputation over another supplier, which proved to be the wrong decision !

I am previously ordered some products from your online website. It did not state clearly that because I ordered a pre-ordered item that my other products would also be spent on that day. So therefore I had to cancel my pre-ordered item (which took 3 days for your company to reply to me) Everything is now sorted and I hope I am satisfied with my products. When I receive them.

I paid for next day delivery. I ordered at 21:00 on the Monday and it said it would arrive Wednesday. I continuously checked the website, and it said it was on time. Instead it came Thursday evening. I was frustrated considering I paid for next day delivery. The size and products I ordered were all correct although the quality of one of the bras was a bit disappointing.

Unhappy to pay £5 for click and collect for an item carried in stock, but couldn't order me a bigger size. Needed the item quickly so paid more money for next day delivery. Tracked order, but was still unable to have a window when item would be delivered.

ordered boxers for my Grandsons for xmas, the one box was all open and boxer look as if they had been taken out and then just rammed back in box , was not happy with that ,have been waiting to here from you ,so I could make my comments , Mrs jones

Sent two odd shoes in one of the boxes. Promptly returned them and are still waiting for refund. Communication is poor to non-existent

I ordered a pair of size 5 misogyny slipper boots when they arrived they are not a 5 my daughter is a size 4 and fit her. I now won't order from usc again due to this as it costs to teturn

After being charged £5 postage for click and collect my order was just sent via USC's internal delivery which not even a courier. It then took 1 week to arrive in store and when I opened the package it looked like the clothes inside had just been screwed up and thrown in the parcel. I only ordered from USC to use up a voucher I had from a previous in store purchase as they do not give refunds only vouchers. Having returned two out of the three items I have received another voucher. Once I've managed to use up the voucher I will never use USC again as the service is poor and it's not a good buying experience compared to other store and web stores.

I made an order, I had no confirmation, no email, no email to tell me my order was on the way, so I ordered again, to have exactly the same happen.as a result my order came twice, I ordered because I'm on crutches, I now can't take parcel to send back

Placed an order for jeans, since i was paying for delivery I thought I might as well buy a couple of other items too. Got an email the next day saying jeans weren't available in my size.

When i received my goods, some of the sizes didn't fit - so i took them back to the store for a full refund to find out that I was only able to receive either store credit or exchange my items. But they didn't have what I wanted in store which meant I now have store credit for the sake of it!

Part of my order arrived damaged and that was a necklace so needed to be returned . I'd purchased earrings to match which were then no good so needed to be returned .... watch arrived in dented box and to be honest when goods arrived damaged I think it's unfair that I as the customer have had to pay return postage when it's uscs error.... very unhappy about the whole experience

The wrong item was sent to me. I order five items and one dress was completely different to the one I ordered and one other dress was at least 3 dress sizes wrong! Trying to return the items has been nothing but hassle!!

I had to pay £5 delivery and when I want to return the product because it was too big I either have to pay again to send back because you can get a refund in store and the product is more expensive in store. All together a bad experience

I couldn't change order once placed, but you have changed my order twice before delivery. You have cancelled to items on it.Very disappointed.

I went to my local Sports Direct Store to pick up my parcel which would have been okay if the cashier didn't have to wait for 5 minutes for someone to retrieve it! The packaging on 2 of my 3 items was unimpressive; the plastic bag which held a fine knit jumper had been ripped open and the boot box and packing for the boots was damaged to the point that if returned, would have been assumed they had been worn!!
