The condition of one of the items recieved was not acceptable. No care had been taken prior to packing. The item looked like it had been dragged across a dirty floor, covered in dust.

Ordered two XL Lacoste Teshirts and you sent me two US XL which are only a large size 6 in the UK

Order something it didn't fit. I tried to return to your store for a refund and you do not offer refunds exchange only. Terrible that you can't get your money back. Makes me not want to use you in future.

I placed an order with you and when I hadn't heard anything I sent an email. I was told to wait 7 days. The following day my order was cancelled with no reason given to me.

I ordered 2 different sizes to try as I know the brand I choose can be 'on the small side' but after I had purchased the two I had messages telling me the bigger size wasn't available. If I had known when I was ordering I wouldn't have gone ahead with the order. Complete waste of time and more importantly money. I won't be ordering on line with you again, why don't you offer free postage and returns like so many of your competitors?

Diferent trainers in the same box, also alarm tag still left on the jeans... Didn't have the opportunity to send it back, so a bit desapointed....

My jacket arrived with the security bug still on it had to take it to shop to be removed very inconvenient

I am still waiting for delivery up to now. I emailed your customer service and I am still waiting up to now. I did my order on the 18th of October and it is now the 27th. I have not received feedback as to the tracking number from the courier. Everytime I try to track using the USC website, I receive an error message. Where is my order? I spent £139 + for the purchases I made. What is happening? There is no number to contact to follow up. This service sucks!

Paid two separate costs of £9.99 each for next day delivery and neither order arrived the next day via Yodel, despite waiting in 9am-9pm.

You charge for returns. There is no option on returns for an item that doesn't fit. The photos of some items on your website are misleading

You have to pay to send returns back after charging nearly a fiver for delivery. Will not use again.

I fell that it was only a bad experience for the fact it took so long for the cluck and collect to arrive...also don't understand why it was delivered to sports direct as opposed to usc...i get its the same company but its still not right...

Having ordered numerous items in xxl that were too small it cost far too much to have them delivered to then have to payto return them. To make matters worst upon then ordering a size larger these products then assume i need a small tent and not just a bit more room.

Out of the 3 polo shirts I ordered, one came with a security tag still attached, and one had a stain on the back, not sure if it'll come out yet. The third was perfect. Items arrived in good time.

Brought 2 items in the sale. Payed for both and delivery, one item was no longer available so they sent the order anyway. Still paying £4 delivery taking the item to more than full price. Would not have just paid for delivery for one item if I'd had the choice

Replay shoes were cheap but the zip was bent on one of the shoes however I did not return the item as I would of been responsible for paying to return the item so I didn't bother. It is just disappointing as the item is for my baby.

everytime I order shoes online.. I always get a display pair! one shoe immaculate and the other used, dirty and clearly worm on the shop floor! this is not right i should be told if I buy a pair displayed shoes.. and yet I complain and never get a sorry or my dive let u charges refunded.

I had a faulty pair of jeans sent to me which is a shame but the bit that really gets to me is I had some items in the basket but when I went to pay for them the prices went up, I explained to a member of customer service that it would be good if you as a company to up hold the price you promoted as good customer service and even more so due to being sent faulty jeans and I have had no response to that email, if this was done which can be done you would keep me as a customer but if not you will lose me as a customer, myself and my partner have spent £100s between us on two accounts. I just don't think it is good enough compare to other company's

I ordered 2 pairs of boots they came on time problem is they are like welly boots for me to return them is going to cost me £12.95
