Shoes arrived but weren't the size I ordered I've now had the hassle of returning them and having to await correct ones being delivered poor service given how expensive delivery charge is!

One of the items are damaged and a duplicate item was also sent. My order cost over £100 so I was expecting free delivery but an additional £4.99 was added to my order.

Returned items to USC store and i can't get my refund back and they issue me a voucher or gift card. If i wasn't satisfied with my shopping, why i can't just simple get my refund back. Why have to make everything so difficult.

I made an order and paid £4.99 delivery, one of the items did not fit and I had to send it back. I have had to pay another £4.25 to send the order back to USC I think this is disgusting as I had already paid delivery once. Most stores send free returns slips with the online purchase or atleast have a store that you can return goods to. The products are cheap but with all the added postage etc It makes the product practically the same price as any other store.

The shipping for this was SO excessive! I've never seen a pair of shoes cost £5 to ship to store. Even though the deal is you get a £5 voucher if you shop in store, it is so excessive to charge £6.99 to ship this item to my house. Most places are maximum £3 for shipping which i can understand, however nearly £7 is just extortionate!!!

Slow to despatch items as compared to other online shops. One of the shoes has marks and looks more yellowish white than a brand new white shoes. Too much hassle to go back to the shop to return.

i think its ridiculous that you are charging postage when the item can be collected from the USC store also I now have to pay postage to return one of the items I ordered.

I ordered from your website a pair of joggers and it came with a free sports direct mug, I received it but the mug was smashed to pieces. I would like to ask for you to do something about this wether it's a new mug or something like that as I actually did really want the mug

Returned item to store for a refund and i got a credit note which us fair enough . But then they would not allow me to purchase a gift card with it . Bit annoying considering its my miney and the fact i had already list yhe postagr cost of item shocking service

I'm glad you ask! My parcel was paid as next day delivery, which didn't arrive until two days later! Once arrived the item still had an electronic tag on. As you can imagine not ideal. The service was shoddy to say the least! Only able to contact a member of your team through Twitter due to the fact your phone line hours close early! Had to take the item to a store 30minutes away. Shouldn't have bothered!!

Had to pay to have my stuff delivered which is OK, but then had to pay for returns as well. Good value on the clothes I got in the sale though and quick delivery.

I bought few products from USC recently. All of them totaled above 100£ but I still had to pay for postage. The courier they use is Yodel (there service is very poor) like. Now I have to return the item and I have to pay for the return postage. Compared to competition like Zalando where all the postage and returns are free and the courier service is excellent, USC lags behind and needs a lot of improvement. Overall USC has a very suboptimal discouraging service.

On the pair of boots I bought one has obviously been on display in the window and the lighting has defected the colour as it is now a lighter shade and not in same condition as other one. Considering I'm going to have to return at my cost I rather it was not sent at all. Don't think I will bother ordering from you again.
