I was really disappointed to find that i had to pay to make a return and you don't take returns in store either. One of the products i ordered i had seen in store so knew it was fine but the other i expected to be in the same knit as it looked the same on the picture, this i hadn't seen in store and it is hard to tell on line but when it came it was baggier and not fitted so i need to return it. I was really disappointed as have not had to pay anywhere else to return an item especially when I'm unable to return in store,

Delivery Driver delivered to neighbours without prior consent. Now experiencing difficulties obtaining my parcel.

Delivery wasn't the next day as I paid for it and came the day after bad customer service when I called up

The delivery service cost £5 and then I had to send an item back which was a very small fit and this cost me £2.80, I only paid £9 for the item to begin with! I think it's terrible that returns are not free and that postage is £5 even if you click and collect

Paid for next day delivery and arrived 2days later and even though sent two emails stating this to customer services I've yet to have a response.

I ordered a pair of size 5 boots and was sent one size 5 that had a security tag on it and the other boot was a size 7!

email to confirm item had been passed to collection service/courier never arrived. courier service failed to deliver in allotted time and noted parcel as being returned to sender before actually delivering it. this item should have been delivered in time for a birthday if USC and the courier had delivered in the 3-5 working days the carriage fee covered. instead the item arrived 5 days after the birthday. very disappointed. will not be using USC again.

Paid extra for my trainers to be delivered to you Howgate shop took a week to be delivered to your shop. I could have had them sent to my address for £4.99 less. SHOCKING SERVICE

I submitted 2 orders the same day about 5 minutes apart I called customer service gave the references and asked if they could be combined to save the delivery fee to be rudely told "no" I work in customer service myself and would not give that as an answer!

I've had to return a pair of short that were too tight around the legs. I'm not happy that I had to pay £4.45 at the Post office of my own money to return the shorts. I thought it was free for me to return the shorts.

the items i ordered arrived in poor state of packaging - 4 of the 5 items i returned as they looked as if they had been worn and were someone els'e returns passed on to me! I am furious to have to pay both delivery and then return postage as the items were in my mind soiled / faulty

Delivery was excellent (should be as a paid for it) and updates were great. However the item I purchased is poor so I want to return it. You are now charging me to re post back. Useless. I won't shop with USC again because of this

Hi, I shopped online using the app for the first time as there was a 10% discount code, however at checkout there was nowhere to enter the code, this is misleading and very unsatisfactory, yours sincerely Mr Peter Roberts

Needs to be clearer that there are no free returns. Have never had to pay to return an item before online.

It wasn't that I had bad experience the delivery of my goods where quick it was when I was going to try my outfit on i couldn't get the top on as the opening of the top had been all stitched together,so I had to travel to the closest store Parkhead which isn't walking distance to get it changed over i was lucky tht they had 1 left to change it over with even though it wasn't the best condition I still took it as I purchased a set, so my disappointment was that I payed for delivery of my goods and I was further out of pocket to get it fixed.
