Placed my order for next day delivery. Didn't get it on time had to call to find out it was postponed no explanations or even an email to say why and when i recieved the shoe it was filthy and I was really not impressed at all

The service was ok, however I have retuned the goods at a cost to myself of £15!! I would have expected free return postage as with many other online stores. Will be unlikely to use this company again.

Delivery came a day late (yodels fault) but when it arrived box was broken and the trainers where dirty like they were second hand

Incorrect item sent - with no invoice in package & no contact information. Had to complete an online email form, I did get a reply in a couple of days but seems can't have my correct item sent until the other is returned & recieved.

Shoes as described. Will not be ordering from USC again though as if I'm keeping a £100+ pair of boots I don't expect to pay return postage on the second pair being returned.

£5 delivery charge is excessive, especially as it cost another £3 to return them. Why can't you just return them to the local shop? Ordered size 10 boots, looked like size 11 to me, have returned them for a size 9. Still waiting to hear from them.

I have ordered a pair of trainers and they were faulty (had a oily stain). When I asked to replace them I was told to send them back (I was not refunded for the postage expenses). Furthermore, the replacement items were stained as well, and I have repeated the return 3 times. After 3 times I got a pair of trainers with a small stain and decided to keep them and accept the loss. Extremely disappointing.... A company with no sense of responsibility and accountability....

my parcel wasn't delivered on time & no-one got back to me when I queried it after sending two e-mails to your customer service dept !!! To tell you the truth I've not been happy with the service from usc for a while now , I've had clothes turn up dirty & ripped too . One item looked like it had been kicked around the factory all day before being sent to me , don't think I will be buying from your site again

Did not like the item so I tried to return it to the store for convenience, only to be told no cash refunds instore only a credit note, so I had to post it back instead. What sort of company are you?

I chose to get my order delivered to the store, believing that would be a little quicker as it is with 90% of the retailers. It still cost £5, and I'm still waiting on an email saying to collect my order, 8 days later. Paying £5 for that turnaround time where I have to collect, that's poor.

They wouldn't match an in store offer, it wasn't even a limited offer it's on all the time. I'm very disappointed and probably won't order online again as I ended up £20 out of pocket

I have not received my parcels as yet? The tracking data shows that I received it last Thursday. I contacted the number for the yodel driver who could not assist me. I then chatted to Yodel via web chat who informed me my parcel was still at the depot and there had been a mistake with the scanner. I was then informed I would have an update email by today which I have not. The money has been debited from my account but I have no goods. Please can you help. My order number was USC40000031022459. Please advise

Placed my order Sunday 6th November and had an email on the Monday 7th telling me my order was being processed and I would receive a further email when it would be ready to pick up from my local USC in Yeovil Somerset as of today and after contacting your customer service via email I have absolutely no idea where the clothes are or when I can pick them up. Furthermore i opted to use the option of delivery to store as I'm not at home to receive deliveries and I still get charged £5 postage where pretty much all retailers who operate this facility do not charge for it can you explain the reasons for this, I'm aware I'm getting £5 off my next purchase voucher which in reality I've paid for myself not really free in that case is it? I hope a speedy resolution can be sought over my order

Ordered five items . Two items were the same size same jogging bottoms different colour but when examined the bottoms which were meant to be large one pair looked more like extra large and too baggy.Looked like incorrect sizing and waist elastic gone. Returned item to my expense and now awaiting a replacement which I hope is near to a large sizing . Hope it arrives which no more expense to myself . Just a hazel should have gone to the shop.

Received order delivered to local Sports Direct store which is handy but unfortunately 2 of my items are faulty and the only way to return online orders is by post for which I have had to pay the costs. As it is not possible to return to a store I think prepaid returns should be standard.

The delivery company, yodel, left the parcel outside of the wrong flat. It was seen there by a member of the golf club but when I went to get it, it was gone. Zero excuses for leaving parcels unattended! I work for Royal Mail and we would be sacked for that!

The two shirts I received are nice but they were both screwed up into a ball and put in the bag. It took me 30mins to iron them instead of 5mins. I wasn't very happy!!!!

poor fit if they own the brands you cant make poor quality on brands i wont be coming back as a customer
