“When the shoes were delivered to my address no one was home so they left it outside the front door and I live in a block of flats and anyone could have stolen them,and when it came round to trying the shoes on they were the wrong size.”

“Went in store to return my items as they weren't suitable and was told I could only exchange items as they don't do refunds, or I could pay to send them back as they were an online purchase. Next time can this be made clearer before purchasing items online please. Now I'm stuck with clothes I don't want,and have already paid to have them delivered now have to pay it out again to return..”

“My delivery arrived with the product packaging burst contents shoved back in and sellotaped back together. I expressed my dissatisfaction and stated I was sending the product back and I got a very insincere response and a free postage address. I'm disgusted at the service and although I would shop in store I will NEVER buy online if it is deemed acceptable to send a product damaged.”

“I placed an order then realized i actually wanted to add some more items so tried to cancel. As per the instructions on the website i filled in the form with my order number and waited, no response to that form even though it was submitted no more than 5 minutes after the order was placed. I then receive an email my order is ready to be collected, so have had to send it back once i collected, so in the end has cost me £10 postage in total for an order i asked to be cancelled, still waiting on a response to my submitted form...........................”

“I try not to shop with USC as much as i can due to poor delivery and return/exchange options compared to so many online clothes retailers but have to every now and again for certain items as they have the best choice of them. If they were to start offering free returns and exchanges my opinion of them would change”
