Haven't ordered anything and not likely too. The brand I want is not stocked in any store so I have no way of trying them on. I need the largest size so if it doesn't fit I will be out of pocket by £12 just to try it on and return it. I fully understand if its purely an internet business but there are USC stores everywhere and 5 stores near me but no stock. Advertise everything and stock nothing. Poor all round IMO

I'm happy with the time it took for the deliver, however once I received the package the bag looked like it was reused which is acceptable for recycling purposes. After I opened the package the items I purchased appeared to have been roughly handled as everything was creased up, the Calvin Klien boxers I ordered didn't even come in their original packaging instead in a sandwich bag. If I'm paying for postage I expect the items to be nicely packed and wrapped properly. If you look at Asos, they don't charge for you postage and they still to a much better job then USC. Very disappointed with the service USC has provided.

Parcel arrived promptly but the packaging was so poor that the decorative brooches on the flip flops had been scuffed, scratched and snapped off.

I paid full elivery price, even when half of my items were not available for inernational delivery.

Think it's a bit wrong it costs the same to have it delivered to a store as it does to have a home delivery. It wasn't a great online shopping experience.

Despite the order being sent to store quite quickly, I received two different size different shoes in the box, struggled To get a phone number for customer services, got through and was told to email customer services, it's been three days and still no response to my problem, worried about the returns policy, 15 days return etc! I still have the wrong shoes and don't even know what to do as I've had no response from anyone.

Couldnt exchange a pair of converse shoes in-store to a different size, same shoe and then to be told we had to pay the difference between online price and in store price and then if i returned the other item's i would be only entitled to store credit? When you stock the items in store? I have to go through the hassle of sending them back when it makes sense just to go to store! Most other retailers would just do exchange/refund in store! Will not be buying/ordering from you again! Dreadful service and you charged me for delivery when it was supposed to be free!

Still ongoing.... Not necessarily USC's fault per say,but i would suggest you change your courier.... From what i can see they recieved my order quite sharpish and it hasnt moved one week later. Yes this is the couriers fault but it reflects badly on USC.... Parcel still hasnt arrived as yet!!! The event it was ordered for has now past

The products were poorly packaged and items were extremely creased suppose to be christmas presents so should look new well they don't! Wanted to return and can't return to shop only via post which I would have to pay yet another postage charge very dissatisfied wont be ordering online again

Very happy with the actual item but when we went to pick it up from the shop the staff couldn't find it so had to return later to collect it then when we got home found that the security tag had been left on so had to return a third time.

Delivery was meant to be 3-4 working day's. 8 day's later and i am still waiting. The items were going to be worn at the weekend just passed. Slightly pissed off.

i have been awaiting 8 days on my order i normally shop in USC and find them faster than this very worried as the money has been taken from my bank account already and no boots!

The shorts that I ordered were a lot larger than expected, cannot return them online as postage will cost me just as much. Was told when I rang up that only return through postage which I have to pay for.

Poor quality products, with exaggerated recommended prices. One jumper even came with the security tag still attached. Far from impressed!
