“clothing was fine but very badly packed. when it arrived so many items shoved into one bag. wrapping was ripped on most items and some items were half in and half out of their wrapping. will take a lot to get creases out of them. I was very disappointed”

“My clothing came in the wrong size, even though the reciept says the size I chose clearly, the jeans came in a size too big and too short. So now this close to Christmas I have to return them and exchange for the size I wanted, i'm running out of time as I am travelling home next week and I am currently working now so I don't even have time to sort it.”

“Ordered some jeans and paid for next day delivery as i needed them for my works christmas do, they never turned up yet the tracking was showing as them being signed for. I spoke to USC and was told that there was nothing they could do apart from open up a investigation that could take up to a week leaving me without my jeans or any money back to get somemore. i yet still to hear anything back from them or receive a refund.”

“Popper button fell off upon opening up shirt, after a return once already, now can't be bothered to return again because of cost to post back. Quality isn't good at all as there is also a hole in the right shoulder of he garment very poor indeed”

“I was sent a oversized, misshapen hoodie with a catch on the hood. I ordered a medium and it measured XL+. A refund was issued promptly but no return postage refund, it states clearly in the terms and conditions, postage will be refunded if the item is faulty. Also disappointed the trainners are Adidas made in Vietnam, no information of this before you buy. Don't think I will order from here again.”

“I placed an order on 30 November. Tracking details said courier has this package since 5th December. Tracking details have not changed since this. Despite asking USC to chase this package for me, I have not had a response. Where is my parcel?”

“Order came quickly but sent the wrong size for one of my items. Emailed twice to find out how I resolve this without it costing me more money to return the incorrect item. As it isn't my mistake but usc's. Have had no reponse, can find no phone number to ring anyone to resolve this issue think better customer service system is needed for when ppl have issues with their order”

“Paid 4.99 to be delivered. Wrong size ordered so paid another 5.00 pound to send it back, then paid another 4.99 to order another size hope this one is ok. thought might pick it up at shop but thats not free like everyone else another4.99 to be paid . Also bought some things in shop USC for cash returned them as size not good but no refund in cash just credit note. Whats going on with this company.”

“I'm still waiting for my order USC40000031970598 to be delivered. Apparently it has been received into Fastway hub on the 5/12/16. However when I try to track its progress, it just says it has been received into the hub on 5/12/16. Please help! Sorry I had to submit a rating.”

“I received item all creased. It had been shoved into the package. Looked like it may have been returned before. The label had scribbles all over it. Not what you expect when you buy something brand new as a gift for someone.”

“When i received my goods i was disappointed to see there was a huge stain on the front of the new shirt. I had no time to send it back to get another one as it was needed for that night so it was just lucky it came out in the wash. More care should be taken to check items before sending!!”
