I ordered some jeans for next day delivery on a Sunday night as I needed them for Saturday morning, paying an extra £7.99 next day delivery but they didn't arrive till the Saturday which was too late.

The Hermes delivery driver kept cancelling my delivery with the message "unable to deliver" this happened twice.

Parcel said it would be reliever 3-5 working days. 10 working days later and still no parcel!! I can't even find a contact number on the website and when I do find one it's not in use! I have emailed USC 3 days ago and they haven't responded! This isn't the first time, I ordered online before and got it delivered to store and it wasn't great delivery as it took longer than I was advised on website. It needs to be stated that it will take longer. I don't know what to do as it is a Christmas present! Think it is terrible service, I know it is christmas, but delievery is ridiculous!! Extremely disappointed with this service and will not being ordering online again!!!!

My parcel arrived earlier than expected but my items I brought came dirty and I had to automatically wash them wouldn't buy from hear again

Shirt was not folded nicely and half hanging out of a very shabby, non sealed bag. Was obviously a return which hadn't been dealt repackaged at all.

I ordered 2 packs of boxers and paid £70 plus postage. When they arrived they both had stickers on them saying "2 for £50 mix and match". I checked in store that both were covered by this offer and they said they were. I emailed and have had no reply, when I rang customer services they said that there was a delay in answering e-mails and that I should wait another couple of days. I find this unacceptable as if the offer is not available on line then the stickers showing the offer should be removed from the items. If I am not able to have a refund I would like to return both packs and buy them again in store, this is now going to be difficult as I have still not received an email reply and am running out of time. I have attached the stickers to the invoice as I have wrapped the boxers as presents but will unwrap them for return if you are unable to issue a refund. Regards Amanda Bateman

The courier service Hermes that you use is a joke, kept saying there attempted to deliver my parcel, the first time I did miss them there left a card with name and number so I tried 10 times to contact them got nothing back when I did get in touch he told me would be with me in 20mins cause was just round the corner 2 hours later he turned up even thou I told him would be leaving for work part from the mess up with delivery the clothes I got was happy with, maybe think twice about ordering from site to your home address! Specially when the driver turns up with an attitude and 2hours later then he told you!

Buying - great. Delivery - good. Returns - RIDICULOUS!! This day and age to ask people to pay for returns (especially for shoes!!) is crazy. All your competitors do free returns. I have purchased 2 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of trainers. Do you know how much that will cost? Sizes of brands can differ, hence I need to return because they don't fit. Really disgusted and will avoid shopping online at USC again.

Ordered early last week... Collected on Thursday by courier and still not delivered by the following Wednesday.. Paid 5 pounds delivery charge, yet still no sign of my parcel

The product and ordering process was fine, however the postage costs are exceptionally high. £4.99 for standard delivery compared to other retailers i feel is too high, also it is the same price for click and collect in store! How is this possible/acceptable? I have never come across this with any other retailer! Not good USC you need to change this! It definitely puts me off using your site again!

Firstly, my delivery was said to have been delivered through my letter box at 6.30pm at night, this was a lie. I was in my house at that time and none of my 3 dogs heard anyone at the door. The parcel would not have fitted through my letter box either. Poor delivery service from the courier. When it was eventually received almost 4 hours later, i opened the goods to find that one of the items still has a security tag on it. I am now going to have to make a trip to my nearest USC, 25 miles away, to have this tag removed. Considering I spent over £90 on this delivery it is not the service I expected.

Paid for next day delivery and never received my item until 3 days after ordering. Emailed to get a refund on my delivery cost and have been ignored

Returns are not free and we are not allowed to take items back to the shop for a full refund. I paid £12 to return items that weren't right. I will not be ordering from your website again. Sorry

Items turned up in a bag that looked to have been cut with a knife which had marked the coat i have purchased. Upon further inspection the coat has a biro mark which goes down the length of the coat this item is supposed to be a christmas present. The box in which the trainers arrived in looks like it's been kicked around the warehouse these are also a christmas present. I emailed on friday and i am yet to recieive a reply as i paid £5 delivery and would like this matter resolving asap
