One of the items I ordered was a present and arrived with a dirty mark on. I emailed asking for advice as there wasn't time to send them back to get them replaced, and heard nothing from their customer services team. In the end I ordered another item, paid extra for next day delivery and just hope that this items arrives in perfect condition.

Item packaging was ripped or open. I would guess someone's old return resold. Also one item was covered in pen which I now have to return. Which I will also have to pay for postage so out of pocket too. Also spen nearly £100 and still had to pay postage

The cost of the item was good but the cost for click and collect was ridiculous at the same cost of delivery I don't see any sense in this. Click and collect should be free of charge.

The items I ordered was great quality and lovely.. but two items did get delivered with electronic tags on i had to go out of the way to travel to the nearest store to have these removed The whole point of ordering online was to avoid the shopping centres.

the jacket you sent as a gift for my son in law was fine apart from the fact it came with the security tag attached. We had it posted direct to here to stop us having to travel to Stockport, which we had to just to get the tag removed.

My item didn't arrive on time.. It was meant to come on Thursday and ended up being delivered on Saturday and I needed it for a weekend away I was leaving on Friday night.. So oiwas annoyed it didn't arrive on time . Can I get a delivery refund

I have done both a click and collect and ordered online through USC. Both times I have been unhappy with the service and products. 1st occasion I did a click and collect through sports direct only to be told after a few hours of endless waiting and being told to wait for the text to confirm the orders been received into store that my order was in a USC shop and not in sports direct. Most recent being I saw a Calvin Klein t-shirt in one of the USC stores. It was beautifully presented in the shop, when I ordered the same t-shirt online as part of a christmas present, the t-shirt came all creased and had an ugly sport direct type label attached to it. USC is basically all the designer stock that's too upmarket for sports direct but they (meaning USC) could of atleast ensure there products stay designer instead of something you see on the floor in primark!.

I don't understand why it was not possible to order a pair of shoes to be delivered by click and collect to your store in Perth. I had to pay £4.99 postage.

The coat that I purchased was huge and definitely not a standard medium size therefore I am returning it. I think it is stingy of USC to make customers pay for returns as well. A lot of shops do free returns which is better for the customer and also making customers pay for returning items that are not as good as expected is cheeky.

I ordered 15 items. I got a voucher of £100 and an extra 20% off from the bill. I was happy for that. When I got my package, I got one item, what I did not order. I sent an email, and I was asking, who is going to pay for the postage, because it was not my fault, but I did not get any answer at all. Now I need to send it back, and I have to pay for the postage.

No one knew where collect upstairs or down couldn't find name on list. And don't agree with £5 charge for click and collect o know you get voucher back but would prefer not to be xhsrged

Our parcel was delivered to the wrong address which I reported and received no response. It was only the good fortune that the recipients knew us that we finally received the parcel. Still have not received any apology or explanation so all in all not a good experience

The ordering service was fine, but I strongly object to paying a fee for Click & Collect. I'm not interested in a refund via a voucher to spend later in store. I wouldn't choose to buy from USC again in the future because of this.

The item I bought had been incorrectly described on the website and I returned it. The refund did not include the £11 I had to pay in postage for the return.

Was delivered when you said it would be however the fact that your a big company linked with sports direct also big and charge to have an item delivered to store is appalling should she an offer on at least to free delivery over a certain amount

Unfortunately two items were unsuitable so I needed to return it was going to cost £13 so I decided to return to store. I could only have an exchange or credit note which I'm not happy about. Therefore I will never order from your site again....... Fuming ????
