Ordered online which was great service. But when stock arrived wanted to return half of items as not suitable. I went in store 2days after receiving goods- to argyle street usc in Glasgow and the staff said I cannot get money back just credit note. I had to post back in postal office to yourself to get money back. I went to post office to post return items and their was a postal charge !!! Of 20.00 to return items to usc!! Was gutted and will never ever use online usc ever again due to the terrible returns service!!

You delivered the goods all well and good .but someone forgot to remove the security tag from one of the items .no way of getting in touch .your email didn't work .has to use my common sense and took the item to sports direct who removed the tag

When I ordered the trainers upon clicking on the size, instead of stating the colour I wanted was out of stock it automatically flipped to a different colour. Granted I should have double checked but I think this is very misleading and I now have to return the trainers.

Very bad quality. Sizes didn't fit and you charge delivery when I had to go and pick up the goods, then you give a voucher to spend in the shop, which I already paid. Horrible experience!

I ordered an item and it didn't arrive in time for Christmas despite the fact that it was specified that it would be delivered by courier. I still haven't heard what has happened to the item. I have had an e mail saying that it has been processed by the warehouse and I assumed that this meant it was ready for collection.. However when I went to Sports Direct Streatham the item had not been delivered by the courier. I have no idea now where the order is or what has happened to it.

The bag was mouldy and it was supposed to be for a gift I did let us know but haven't heard anything back, considering paid 5 pounds to deliver it to your own store for voucher I wouldn't even use, won't be using use again

Needed a refund and you don't do that in store, so I had to pay £8-55 special delivery postage, also i had no paperwork in my parcel so had to use a friends printer to print off a form. People in store I tried to return were not very knowledgeable. Overall a very disappointing experience, still waiting for refund hopefully you will get that right. £15 overall postage costs is ridiculous. Don't think i will buy again.

You charge for delivery to store when other companies don't. Then you give a voucher to cover the charge is don't think that's fair.

Store refund. Visited USC Worcester store today because the bikini's were far to small BUT they would only exchange not give a refund so had to pay a further £3.99 postage to return the goods to the same company.

Customer service not good in Cardiff branch. Totally not interested and quite abrupt. Waited for about 15 mins for trainers. When asked regarding them was told haven't looked. Very disappointed

I placed an order for two pairs boots, one of which were faulty (discolouration to the boots). I was disappointed to find that I had to pay for the return postage, which then wasn't refunded to me once the refund for the boots was processed. I sent an email requesting this, but it was ignored. As part of my online consumer rights I am entitled to return any product that is faulty for free. This is not acceptable, it may only be £5, but its the principle.

I was advised on website that goods would be available for collection on the following day. I required the goods before Christmas as it was a gift for my daughter and ordered them on the 21st December. I did not receive email advising they were ready for collection the 27th December. Very inconvenient and disappointing, would not use USC again

Nothing with ordering online but the staff had such miserable faces you think it wasn't xmas when collecting goods had more warming welcome from dead parrot than the staff at your Kingston park branch in Newcastle upon a Tyne dear me cheer up people

Got sent the wrong item, ordered a 2 pack of Armani boxers navy coloured with coloured waist bands but got sent plain black ones. Not sure if it was a genuine mistake or they had no stock and thought sending an alternative was ok! Contacted USC about it, still about a week later nobody has bothered to reply. Quite dissapointed as it was a Christmas present so I just had to give what I was given which was not originally my choice.
