Placed a online order for 5 items and collected it from the store, I have to return 4 items as they didn't suite me, went to the store to return it and the staff told me I can't get the refund as it's a online purchase but a credit note can be given which I didn't wanted, so went to post office to return the delivery back and was told to pay £13 for the postage which i ignored & went back to the store to mention this but the staff told the same thing to pay the postage with a very very rude attitude, I bought a track worth £14 paid a delivery charge of £5 & then again paid £13 for returns so basically I paid £18 to buy a track worth £14, still dosent even make any sense to me as it dosent say that the customer have to pay for the postage while returning the goods back while doing the online shop @ USC...never ever going back

Second time buy from USC,first time everything was good,but second time really disappointed!I bought few clothes,one of them is damaged when I received the parcel.so I returned it to them,but I had to pay for the postage!what a service!you sent me the damaged item,and I had to pay for the return!Never ever buy from you again!

I don't normally write reviews but felt on this occasion I should. I received a pair of trainers for my Xmas which I had to return. I was given a credit note used it online where it came up the money had came off. I then noticed the full amount came off my bank card. I called the shop and was told to call customer services where the money would be refunded back to my card if I have them the code, I was then told they couldn't do this. At this time of year the last thing anyone needs is an unplanned expense coming off their bank account.

I ordered on Friday morning and opted for next day delivery which cost £5.99, I did not receive my goods till Wednesday.

The website was easy to use and the delivery was on time but I had to pay for my postage to return items I did not require. For this reason I will never purchase anything from USC again.

One trainer from a pair of K-Swiss belmonts had a few scuff marks on the material. It seemed to be an ex-display item, as it had the sale sticker attached. I did not request a replacement as, to be honest, I didn't fancy going through the process of sending them back and having others delivered. I wrote to inform USC of this, but received no acknowledgement. I would attach a photo, but I am writing this at work and do not currently have the shoe on me.

One of my items still had the security tag from the store on, I have tried to contact customer service about it but have not heard back yet.

I originally bought my item in store, however it did not fit so tried to return it, I was informed by a member of staff that they don't do cash refunds they only do a credit voucher or exchange, I was happy with this as I wanted to buy the item in the right size. The size I needed wasn't in stock so I had to buy online using my credit voucher, only to find out there was no free delivery option so I was forced to pay £4.99 delivery. Not a great experience not being able to get a refund, not having my size in store and then having to pay online delivery as I had no other option.

I ordered 2 polo tops. So happy to pay the £4.95 delivery charge . Then got an email a couple of days later to say 1 was out of stock. I would of liked the choice to cancel the whole order

I ordered two pairs of kids trainers in the sale. But then USC didn't have one pair in stock so cancelled their delivery. Postage costs of £4.95 for one pair of trainers also seems incredibly steep to me. The charge for collection from store also seems very cheeky. Won't be buying from USC again.

First time i have used USC by post . I have bought from your shops before without a problem.This time the delivery through HERMES WAS POOR . I have now recieved, the 3 items. 1 is damaged!! a polo shirt i may have to return it. I have purchased items before from shops without a problem. Thanks Mark

When I ordered items delivery was between 3-5 days but mine came after a week.. some of the stuff look better online and you pay for returns so it's better to shop online might be useful to be able to reserve items online then pick them in store that way you save your self delivery charges and return charges but not everyone use common sense

All order came through with no issues. The problem I have is that I emailed USC customer service regarding my order on Friday 30/12 but yet to respond. I paid £6.99 for next working day delivery and on the site I was told that I would get my delivery on 28th but did not get the delivery until 31/12. So I don't think I should have paid for the delivery where I could have got it for free.

The first time I have used a click and collect service where I was actually charged for delivery, I feel this is poor, most stores offer this option for free or at least at a reduced cost compared to home delivery. £4.99 is a bit steep in my opinion. Added to this, paying £4.99 and then receiving poor service in store is disappointing. The store was understaffed for the amount of customers, I wasn't the only one disappointed in the store on that day. Sent upstairs after queuing downstairs for a long time to have to queue at another till, seems the till downstairs only deals with purchases, everyone else is sent upstairs to queue again if they have returns or collection orders etc. Maybe clearer in store signage would help. Staff also totally unprofessional in the type of conversations they were having with each other whilst serving customers and barely acknowledging the customer. Although, Maybe I wouldn't have been quite so bothered if I hadn't paid £4.99 for that privilege.

Well one item was too small, which I've sent back directly to USC because hermes wouldn't help me. So could I get an update on the return please as I sent it on 31/12/16 .

Order came fine but your refund service is a joke. Pay for next day delivery and then on the refund you expected to pay again to post it back.

Tried to buy these in store, but with uninterested staff who were more interested in talking to friends about their night out while trying boots on, and no knowledge, I left and ordered online
