“Main t shirt colour is correct but a vast difference in the pocket colours. First pick is what I received second pic is what was sent.”

“Initially everything was great; smooth purchase, delivery arrived bang on time. Two of the items were exactly what I was expecting. However, the jeans I ordered looked nothing like the image on your site. I then sent an email re: exchanging them and as of yet have not had a reply to what was a simple question. What had the potential to be a 4 or 5 star experience has, unfortunately, ended in a 2.”

“I have spent £1000s at USC over the pay year. After purchasing 3 pairs of jeans and get them next day delivery obviously paying the extra for this and they turned up 3 days later. The jeans where already opened inside the bag. I took them back to a store and asked for my money back. They said I had the choice of paying to send them back or just take a store voucher. It's rediculous, why can't you give a refund. Not sure if I will be shopping with you guys in the future. Even had to pay for a bag in the shop to take the swap item away.”

“I ordered a jacket that was still in stock, received confirmation that it had been placed.. then woke up the next day to an email that it was no longer in stock! It was only luck that the jacket was available weeks later at the same reduced price offer”

“Won't be ordering again anytime soon. Ordered a product that was then cancelled because they "could not deliver that item internationally". Ask for a reason even though site said it was available for international delivery. Response from USC did nothing to explain why. Need to know this before I shop. Had been happy with orders up to this point. USC Order reference USC40000033431307”

“My parcel was delivered to my neighbours house and I had no card from the courier to state where my parcel was other than a text to say it has been delvered. When I called customer service they told me it had been delivered and signed for byself. It took over a week for my neighbour to give me my coat as they were away and USC still had no idea where it was or where it was delevered to. Coat was returned as faulty as all the buttons fell off.”

“I received three items. Among those were two pairs of shoes, one for men and one for kids. I picked them based on the EU size mentioned in brackets next to the UK size and both of them were wrong. While the men's shoes stated 11(46.5), they were actually a size 45. The kid's shoes stated C4(20), while they are actually a size 21. With the delivery fees, they are not worth returning, so, to avoid such situations, you really need to change your conversion tables or pay more attention and post the actual sizes for each item on your website.”

“Well the goods reached on time after paying for next day delivery, which I think was quite expensive. Sent items back sizing wrong. Total cost over ten pounds to receive and send back, not happy. No free delivery when u spend over £50. Shame....”

“Poor cut of garment and only available in medium and large. There were no extra large sizes which is unusual. The cut of the garment was very poor as my wife is in the trade and has experience and professional knowledge. The main problem being the lack of size XL”

“I ordered two pairs of trainers to then receive an email stating my order had been amended as one set was unavailable. They still show as being available online and had I known in the first instance I would have ordered a different pair of trainers. I am reluctant to do this now as I would have to pay for delivery again which I wouldn't have had to do if the two pairs hadn't gone through on the original order!”

“I wanted to cancel a order, the cancellation cam through however they did not cancel the order in time. i chose to cancel within 24 hours and still did not cancel my order. Usually i am very happy with the service but this time it was very upsetting.”
